I have been going to Jackson Hewitt for the last 4 years now. The accountants are very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Everything they do is clearly explained in terms I can understand and I don’t feel pressured to do anything I don’t feel is necessary for me such as buying insurance on my return. Their fees are very reasonable also.I will continue to be a return customer with Jackson Hewitt!

Just had a basic w-2 and the young lady was busy but stopped and made the time to get it done and outta the way she was amazing

The tax preparer was exceptional, thorough, customer oriented, and ensured that all steps of the return were explained throughout conclusion of the appointment. I would definitely recommend the Wasilla Walmart tax office.

I have been using JH for years and they have never disappointed. They are always friendly and professional. This year even with a pandemic with their office overwhelmed with tons of work they still were able to get mine done In a timely manner.
