Had an appointment made for Mother’s Day at 1:00 that I made the week prior. I called the day of the appointment at 12:00 to confirm the appointment. Wife and daughter were all excited they showed up for the appointment and 5 people were in front of them. I called to express my concern the guy that answered the phone could have cared less. I explained to him how excited these ladies they could have cared less. Did nothing to accommodate them. Wouldn’t EVER use them again

She did exactly what I wanted and they are perfect! She was very friendly and fun to talk to. I will definitely be a return customer.

First off I dont understand why people say its dirty. It was really clean and my nails came out awesome!!! They were super nice, and deff knew what they were doing. I will be back.

I’m giving this a 4/5 because my nails look great and feel sturdy (I got a full acrylic set) and I loved the lady who did my nails but my sisters nail tech was on FaceTime with his wife and kids the whole time which was a bit awkward. The place is a little dingy but overall I had a good experience my first time there and I recommend you check it out. More affordable than most places.

If a nail tech doesnt have the experience to do a nail style that a costumer asks, they need to say that before they screw up someones nails. They could really work on their costumer service. They absolutely screwed up my sisters nails, never once said sorry. Made us wait for almost half an hour when I asked if they would be able to fix the problem at a certain time and they said yes. Doesnt seem like they take responsibility for any mistakes on their end. Terrible experience.

It was OK. The people are friendly. Although we werent offered any wine and people that came in after us were offered wine, they were still inviting and nice.The place is dirty. I understand that its an older building and in the winter there is snow, sand and salt but it is a place where one may have to walk barefoot.If it wasnt for their friendliness they wouldve received a 2. Treat all customers the same and upkeep on the flooring would also bring up the value so the experience would match the price.

Terrible job on my nails!! The nail polish he used was so old and thick he added remover to it so it would flow on. My nails had little bubbles all over them when i complained he painted them again, it did not help, I even showed them to another employee who said they looked great😡. I gave them 2 stars because I received an excellent pedicure. From the website pics it looks like they may be remodiling, because the place I was at today looked nothing like that except the mirrors on the wall. My over feelings was the place was not real cleanly.

They were amazing. Best foot massage with the pedicure ever. Also, they have the cutest kids pedicure chairs. Overall, it was amazing and we will be back.

My nails are HORRIBLE I went in asking for a Forest green and she went to get the nail polish she started painting my nails it was the wrong color ... I tried to tell her and she said I was wrong then she said they didn’t have the color...the nails are Crooked and bumpy. The Jews are crooked and the nail wasnt painted all the way..:hands down worst experience of my life at a nail salon. The lady was rude and the store was a mess would not recommend

Upkeep of equipment and basic cleanliness of area is poor. I can handle run down if the quality of service is good though. It was not. My technician seemed disgruntled and did everything half heartedly. At the end of my manicure he tried to roll down my sleeves without even finishing rubbing in the lotion. The manicure itself was also poorly executed. If I hadn’t asked for a third coat, there would have been several nails that had see through spots on them. Still, the outcome was bumpy and messy. My friend’s technician was somewhat better (also how I knew mine was only performing the routine with minimum completeness). Definitely not worth the $82.

I absolutely LOVE my nails! they were so kind and the man that did my nails NAILED IT. I will 100% be coming back! I highly recommend these guys

I have had my nails done before, this was, Disappointing, my nails should not pop off, I should not hear I needed a fill, the acrylic should stick to my nails. Too expensive for this to happen. Makes me sad, very nice people, bad experience.

Went in for gel nails they have a HUGE COLOR SELECTION. Friendly staff and best manicure I’ve ever gotten. My nails look perfect and have lasted 21 days. No cracking or peeling etc. Great nail salon!

Great pedicures! Came here with my husband and they easily fit us in the same day we called. Both men did an excellent job and were very friendly. Will definitely be going back!!

Alright so I dont normally get pedicures. Matter of fact I have never had one done before. Painless procedure everybody was nice. Great mom and pops biz and that is coming from a biz owner. My feet, they are in better shape than I arrived. I will be going back, probably once a month. Thanks guys.

Terrible! The acrylics turned out okayish, but the employee manhandled me!I was sitting there waiting to get my nails done for 20 minutes, and the lady eventually ran in, late. There wasn’t even anyone working at the front desk. There were maybe 2 or 3 employees total in the entire salon.She began rather unprofessionally by handing me nail polish remover and telling me to remove the nail polish myself.Then, she was hurting me with how aggressively she was filing my nails and flailing my hands around, and continued to be aggressive and rushed through the entire thing. The lady was acting like there were 50 other customers she had to get to.... She didn’t have a care in the world & didn’t have a welcoming, professional bone in her body. Would not recommend.

It was my first time trying out 5 Star Nails and j was disappointed. I got a pedicure and the massage was great! But the polish job wasnt great (they didnt clean up the nail polish left on my skin) and they didnt even put on a top coat. My nails already smeared! For $46 I wouldve expected more.

I came in last week and even though some people and given this place a bad rating I went anyways . The two working were I believe to be a husband and wife and they were very friendly even offered me something to drink while the husband did my nails . I have to say they made me feel so comfortable and he did such an awesome job I had to let everyone know that contrary to the previous reviews I give them 5 stars because of not only did they make me feel comfortable but the work that he did was perfect and Ill definitely will be going to this nail salon again in two week to get them filled . Absolutely horrible work. The place is very dirty and not kept clean. My nails where uneven, cut super short, and my gel nail polish looked like a young child had applied it. On top of that my nails where all different lengths and sizes. When I told them I wasnt very happy with my nails they said Oh well refused to fix them and give my money back. All and all, I really hope you think twice about going here. Theyre prices arent even correct on there signs, complete and utterly horrible service.An awesome place is Nail Gallery in Palmer theyre awesome and you get exactly what you want!

Natalie gave me a halfmoon manicure that was super fast and well done. I also got a pedicure at the same time (excellent time management!) and am incredibly happy with the results. I cant reach my toes right now because Im 8 months pregnant and having someone help my feet to feel better is so wonderful. The only reason I deducted a star is because the decor could use sprucing up and the price list could use updating, since they have slightly different prices than what are posted. I will definitely be back! Youll find more details on their Facebook page than you will on Google.

Went in a last week to get my nails done and they are already starting to come off. Not very happy with it. They are a great place but my nails shouldn’t already be coming off when they are acrylic.

Writing for my wife - She got a mani-pedi done last week, and THEY DIDNT EVEN LAST A WEEK!She had a nail fall off, half the nails were crooked, and the paint has started fading. Natalie was the name of the worker who did her nails. Terrible service and a waste of money! 5 star nails my butt..
