Hands down the best prices and customer service in the valley. They go above and beyond every time for me and put box stores to shame by every meteric. All lot of people dont realize that they are also a copy and print store as well.

This place has so many different services! They manage and sell computer systems, copiers, HIPAA services, and they have a wonderful staff at the copy store! Awesome support for businesses in the valley and even Anchorage!

I cannot say enough amazing things about VBM. These people have dropped what they are doing, unexpectedly, to sit on the phone with me with QBs for 1-2 hours when I thought for sure it would be a 10 min maximum conference call, came in at 5:00am to be here to install a new computer, showed up the same day I called to install a new router, take my calls when I have my little panic issues when one of our computers isnt running properly (despite the fact that they ask for emails to be sent first for requests), respond to our emails quickly when we do send them, give us advice every time we need it.... and you know what? I am sure I have ran through most of their staff by now and not ONE time did any of them make me feel like I was a burden. I will admit, I can be a difficult customer at times when I am stressed about an issue and push for things to happen faster... and they have accommodated it EVERY time in a friendly manner. THANK YOU, VBM! Dont change a thing - you guys seriously rock and we all appreciate you!
