Ive had John repair 5 computers over the years. Ive never been disappointed ... he explains what is needed to fix whatever problem I was having the cost. I wouldn’t trust my computers with anyone else. We’ve been back to him time and time again and he is always quick to get to work and keeps us well informed of any progress or updates he has. I can not recommend him enough—he’s knowledgeable, and his prices are more than fair. If you need something looked at or repaired or replaced, seriously don’t look anywhere else. 6 stars! No, make that 7 stars! I would have never guessed that a repair shop would fix my computer at the counter while I wait. He spent a good 45 minutes working on it while I was entertained by his dog and ate free Halloween candy. Not to mention, the price was extremely affordable. One week later I took my computer back to his shop, for a completely unrelated issue. He fixed it at the counter, less than 30 minutes, more Halloween candy, more time hanging out with his dog and HE DIDNT CHARGE ME ANYTHING 😁 Seriously, he would not accept my money.Thank you Mat Su Computer Medics

Ive had 2 laptops fixed, one with MAJOR problems and he was able to get them back to normal. It was such a sigh of relief having someone fix them and not having to just junk them. We have tried a few other computer guys around town but never felt like they were fully competent to work on our office computers.One of our suppliers David was in a couple years ago and he could see that we were having some problems with our network. He asked who we used, we told him who it was and that weve had this problem ever since (and yes, we did ask him to come back which he did but the problem never was fixed).Anyway David recommended Matsu Computer Medics who they have used for years at their office.John from Computer Medics came in the next day and found the problem was a poor quality home made cable that was made by the previous guy that came out. He replaced it with one from his truck, fixed a couple other minor things and was out the door in an hour. Wish we had called him first because it would have saved us thousands of dollars in lost productivity.Anyway. he was in here Friday to replace our oldest computer with a new one and fixed Windows 8 so it was useable.
