We were on vacation and had a mechanical issue with the rental from Enterprise at Fairbanks International. We we had made it to Palmer when the vehicle was about to give up. Sheryl, Gabriel and Bob went above and beyond to help us out. They quickly located another SUV and had us back on the road in no time. Their fast work saved a good portion of our vacation. I dont normally write reviews but this place needs praise. I have rented from them muilple times and they are outstanding. They get you in and out quickly and efficiently. They have also worked with me on extending rentals while in and out of service. I have rented from all around the US and they are hands down the best location I have ever dealt with.
I was in and out quickly. However, when I called for help to pair my phone to the vehicle only one person had the ability to help and they were busy. I was told they’d call back in 10 minutes and didn’t hear from them until the next day. Never got the phone to pair. Had to purchase and bring my own extra speaker.
Everyone was great & very helpful. Will definitely do business with them again.
Do to limitations on Businesses and the Democrats making a mockery of the so called covid 19 issues, i believe that Enterprise Car Rental did a spectacular job in getting me a Car in a timely manner with no complications. They did a follow up to insure that the car I rented was working out for me and asked if I needed anything else! The Car was clean and I had a good experience!
My first impression was the best the lady who answered the phone was rude. She put me on hold and then came back with attitude. Her demeanor didnt change until I said I would take my business elsewhere. The car they gave us had a warning light come on saying to see service for maintence and i called them and they said if the mileage was over 23000 i could take the car to the oil change place and it would cost me anything. What?? It is not my responsibility to get the oil change. We brought the car back after that and told them we no longer needed the rental, they did nothing to fix the problem. Very disappointed.
I love this location. I rent from them all the time. I don’t rent from any other company even when I’m out of town. This location is located in my hometown. Customer service is always amazing. New manager is super nice and professional. Cheryl has been there for a long time and it’s always nice to see her smile. All of them are always very helpful.

They picked me up which I unexpectedly needed, and were very quick about it. The service was great and all options were explained to me clearly. My car was clean and ran great. Drop off was smooth too. The tags were expired but it caused me no issue. Just wish renting was cheaper in general.
Treated very well as usual. Only complaint is they are running ragged at that store and so you may end up waiting a bit, but if you’re willing to hang in there and they haven’t rented out all their rides...you won’t be sorry you waited. Their inventory isn’t as nice as Anchorage, which is a bit of a bummer when you’re looking for that ride that you’ve been promised online. If corporate could only give the same options as Anchorage. Hey...I can dream! Loved our Ford Fusion Eco though. Thanks Enterprise.
The manager was more than accommodating, so professional, and very kind. All workers were sweet to me! I was concerned about snow and they made sure to give me a wonderful vehicle, better than I could have dreamed. I will use them time and time again if I need a rental again!
I needed to rent a car because I had a car in the shop. They were very kind and efficient. I arrived at the store and they caught me into a car within about five minutes. Thank you so much you guys are wonderful.

They have no cars available. It’s the middle of a pandemic with no tourists, not sure why there is nothing available.

Very timely call back. They didnt a car available right away but took my number. The representative called me about an hour later to offer a car that just came in. She even called Midas in town where my car was being worked on to check up on me and the time the car was going to be done. Great service ethic.
The service rep was very attentive. He even went and filled up the gas tank for me on our rental car, before I went on my way. It is cheaper than renting at the Anchorage Airport and was not that far out of my way. The car also comes with unlimited mileage since it can only be driven in Alaska. I have been to Alaska twice, and both times I have chosen this Enterprise location to rent my car from. Will probably return there next year, when I go back to visit.

Best rental place hands down. Ive rented from this location a half dozen times or more and each time the service has been top notch. Its quick, easy, and hassle free.
Tire exploded on my rental the next day and they said I had to pay for it. Absolutely not so I called corporate and complained this fight isnt over yet. Another issue was they said if I had my service dog in the car it would be an additional $250 are you serious I am a disabled veteran. On top of that I couldnt keep the car till I wanted they advertise they will pick you up as well, however they made me come to them said if I wanted a car by that date I would have to drive to Anchorage to get it.
Quick service, Andrew explained the process in depth, without much flair. He kept it clean. The vehicle was clean as well, full on fuel. The dealership paid for our vehicle, as it was in the shop for transmission repairs, so cannot remark on price. Vehicle was a ford focus see hatchback, 2017 Office was clean as well.
We got in and got out with a car in no time flat. Twice two separate visits but we got good cars that were big enough for our car seat plus all the junk we travel with.
I got the 17 Hyundai sontona and it was very nice, clean and spacey. The only bad thing I could say about my experience is the tags were expired and got pulled over. No ticket was given but still... No one likes to talk to cops if they dont have to.

I would suggest asking for an invoice at the time of return/ next day. I needed the invoice for reimbursement purposes a month after returning the vehicle. Looking at the invoice I received, Enterprise charged me for 11 gallons of gas for a 19 gallon car. I filled the car to full, and maybe drove the car 20 miles. I spoke with the manager, and according to his system it was returned with 3/4 of a tank. Even if that was the case, they changed me more than double the amount of gallons that was supposedly used.
Unfortunately, I had just used them six weeks ago...they are kind and helpful in needful situations, I would recommend them to anyone out here in the valley

They were great it was an insurance claim so I cant comment on price but the service was amazing I was picked up with a very very minimal wait and process was efficient regarding paperwork if I ever have a need again i will definitely use them.
Dillion provided great service and was very personable. He was willing to give me a courtesy upgrade to a pickup because of a lack of availability for a full size car but was forced by management to make me wait for a full size car to be prepped. Only receiving 4 stars because of Dillion. Thank you.
The worst ever. The woman at the desk was extremely rude. The place is filthy. We were told by the manager there were plenty of cars to rent, yet when we got here the woman said they have no cars to rent. She had to clean cars first. Not a happy experience. Driver is not here. The person who cleans the cars is driving the pick up vehicle.
They only had one service rep working on a busy Saturday morning. The phone was ringing off the hook and the agency was packed with people wanting to pick up and return their cars. Everybody had to wait longer than necessary because someone decided to save money by making one employee try to do the work of two or three. This branch also doesnt do pickups or drop-offs on weekends because they only have the one person working. Finally, I was disappointed that the weekend special found at many Enterprise locations ($10 per day) isnt offered here.The car was a little dirty, but not terrible. It drove, which is the important thing.

First, I have spent over 3000.00 with enterprise over the past 8 months, including one being literally a few days ago in Salt Lake City, all without issue, damage, payment issues, etc. Up until this most recent experience at the Wasilla location, I considered Enterprise my go to for car rentals. No more.. Every time I have used the same info, same payment method, etc. to rent the cars. Today, due to an accident involving my truck, I attempted to pick up a rental vehicle arranged by my insurance company and in short, I was treated like an axe murderer by the local Wasilla Enterprise office, both during the confirmation phone call and at the pickup location. The customer service was very poor, and the staffs attitude was one of helping me was a burden to them. Furthermore, while attempting to pick up the vehicle, it felt more like taking a car loan at a shady buy here pay here used car lot than renting a car at a professional, multinational car rental company. I was asked many personal questions that, literally days prior at another enterprise location, I hadnt been asked before; these were also asked in a very invasive, accusatory, and untrusting way. After they ran my card for a deposit and attempted to upsale me damage coverage (this was supposed to be an Insurance Company rental!), I opted to not rent, even if that means paying out of pocket at one of Enterprises competitors and wait for insurance reimbursement. I absolutely refuse to do business with this company again and advise anyone else to stay clear. Your loss, Enterprise.
Wasilla Enterprise is a joke vehicle was reserved and they were supposed to pick us up at 1pm half hour rolls around and my wife had to call them to here ok we will send someone out in a few minutes. We get there and since Im the driver and the debit card is in my wifes name there is a problem. This is a insurance claim we called the persons insurance who reserved the car for us they offered to put their corporate credit card on the account to rent the the vehicle and it was refused also take his personal credit card. After renting from enterprise for the last 12 years I will no longer do business with you and you will be damn lucky if one of the biggest insurance companies in alaska work with you again. And because I am waiting for my bank card on its way they said her debit card was not associated with a bank so they cant release the truck Alaska National had reserved for us but they would be more then happy to give us a car or mini van which would not work for us in our line of work. This place is a joke and after this treatment there are other local rental places to deal with and we get to pick up our truck from another place tomorrow after all of Alaska Nationals hard work
Was told they’ “pick me up”. Then called back the following day, was told I’d be picked up. Four minutes later the branch manager calls and I’m told I’m out of pickup range. Then want to argue with me when I asked why I’m told yes, we’ll pick you up twice and now he says no. Piss poor customer service

Got a call from the office 1 hour before I was to go and pick up my rental and was told my vehicle wasnt available.i had asked if there were any other vehicles available and of course more other type of vehicle was available, he couldnt give me an estimated time of when any vehicle would be available. Really disappointed with the service me being a member.

Make sure you really inspect the vehicle before taking it, and they will try to give you cars that arent safe for winter.
