My pedicure was lovely, however, I would definitely not recommend getting a full set here. Most of my nails popped off within a week of getting them done. I had to keep reapplying nail glue for them to stay on. Also, the tech made the nails on one hand noticeably longer than the other.

This place is probably the *only* nail bar in DC that is amazing at nail art and quality of service. I showed the nail technician (Ms. Pink) one photo and she knew exactly how to execute the design. Went in an a whim walking by, which I dont usually do but I was desperate to fix a badly chipping gel mani. Walking into their establishment was a breath of fresh air. It genuinely feels like a spa. There’s beautiful soft instrumental music playing and comfortable seating.I had a scheduled appointment for a full set on a Saturday afternoon. Tony was my nail tech, Mr. 5,000! He was so nice and caring. And funny. LolHe immediately acknowledged the damage to my nails due to having acrylics and made sure to be gentle when using his tools. I showed him a picture for inspiration and he executed it perfectly. I really appreciated how he took his time with each step. Especially when it came to shaping my nails and the process of applying the dip powder. He made sure that everything was to my liking. Bonus points for the massaged at the end lol.Overall, Jadore Beauty Spa left me feeling super pampered and excited for my next visit. Definitely schedule yourself an appointment.

This nail salon is very nice if you get long nails dont go here because they made me feel so uncomfortable because my nails were long. I didn’t know a certain nail length was a crime. A nail tech came over to me grabbed my hand and said too long too long hehe. Very rude and unnecessary!Nice place besides the way they made me feel I can’t take that away from them.

Will never be in this place ever again, they cut my finger and did a terrible job on mymanicure. And the person who cut my finger promised me that the wound would not get infected after she dipped my bleeding finger multiple times. She was not paying any attention on her job but just kept chatting, not surprised at all that they would make you bleed with all those tools

I dont know what happened but I was in here for so long and it was one of the most painful experiences of my life. So painful that I havent come back.I did not see Jenny. I saw Kathy. Waxing shouldnt take 40 minutes and if you pull too slowly it makes the pain even worse. I muscled through it but maybe I should have gone to Jenny instead? Kathy was very sweet but I could not deal with a repeat experience of this. I need my waxing to be done in 10 minutes tops and spending four times as long for it was really unpleasant.

Pain free, clean, and flexible hours

I got my eyelashes done here and they were horrible! First off, I got them done on a Friday and I SPECIFICALLY told her I had SEVERE sensitive skin. The manager told me that the adhesive was VERY sensitive.That Saturday my eyes started burning and itching. It was too unbearable and I was literally in tears, I couldn’t sleep or even blink properly. I called Jenny and she said I can come back on Sunday. I came back that Sunday. This is where it goes from BAD to WORSE . First of all, the lady had me close my eyes and she put rubbing alcohol on my eyelids. She wanted me to lay there for 30 minutes. Two minutes later, my eyes starts burning HORRIBLY. I started screaming and crying. She came over to me and told me it was my fault because I opened my eyes when I did no such thing. I continued to scream extremely loud to the point my grandmother had to fan my eyelids and put water on them while she stood there until my grandmother told her to get me COLD water for my eyes. She then proceeded to PULL roughly to get the false eyelashes off. I could feel my skin being torn . I kept screaming through all of this and I had to go to the sink to rinse my eyes out. I wanted to speak to the manger and she refused to call her nor did we get a refund . I WILL NEVER GO BACK HERE AGAIN also I have got my nails done here and they fell off in less than a week.
