Very helpful attendant who helped me get boxes for my move

RENTERS BEWARE! THEY ARE SHADY!!! ONE OF THEIR EMPLOYEES OFFERED TO GET ME INTO A RENTAL UNDER HER NAME IF I SLIPPED HER A $100 BILL CASH BRIBE UNDER THE TABLE. THEY ARE. FRAUDS AND CROOKS! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

Terrible place and I would not recommend going here. I reserved a truck a month prior to the date I was moving, showed up the day of the move, and then I get told the location is closed and will not be providing me with a Uhaul truck or any other accommodations to make up for their mistake even though the parking lot was full of the same truck I had reserved. I had to drive all the way out to their silver spring location for another Uhaul truck.

Its awesome having a Uhaul truck to move your things to your new home.

The lady was helpful but if you wish to have your skin eaten by mosquitoes be my guest. Not sure what the deal is but I got bitten up and down my skin

This branch of uHaul engages in deceptive practices. The standard Uhaul Truck rental contract provided to me by email on my cell phone is illegible. It stipulates that the gas tank is at least 3/4 full and the renter is charged for anything less than that upon return of the truck. I was never told anything about the gas gauge, as I have been at all other vehicle rental agencies. When I received the truck, the gauge was at 5/8. Let me repeat, the contract was illegible on my cell Phone. I did not have my laptop in the truck. Before returning the truck, I purchased enough fuel so the gauge was beyond 5/8. However, I was charged over $15 for the gas “shortage”. This is a deceptive practice. I will never rent a uhaul again from this agency.

Terrible place. Not even open during business hours. Avoid this place!

We had a great experience here. Customer service was on point. They made us feel right at home and got us our reserved van immediately.

I should of read the reviews. Had pickup scheduled at 700a after confirmation by telephone the day before with the office. No one was there to give me the van. Did not answer any telephones all day. Vans sitting on the street. Complete disaster place to avoid!~Go over to 2421 Chillum Road location. Busy but efficient and plenty of vehicles!

There are several other locations that are more convenient, helpful, and have better places to park

Terrible place to rent a truck - received a $25 cleaning fee when I returned the truck in better condition. Street parking a uhaul truck on a busy street is tough. The receptionist is rude throughout the process.

Overall terrible and stressful experience. Do not go here.

This place is the worst! Hard to find and unable to run my payment on 2 different cards!!!

I would not recommend anyone choose this place. The worst customer service I have ever received. I was charged 3x the amount I was supposed to be charged and charged for things I didn’t ask for or need. I will not be going back.

DO NOT GO HERE! Reservations mean nothing apparently.
