Sherri Anne would be a fantastic realtor to represent you under any circumstances, but was absolutely phenomenal in todays incredibly challenging situation of Covid restrictions, low inventory, and a highly-competitive market. As out of state buyers, we did a couple of in-person house hunting visits but primarily communicated by email, phone, and FaceTime tours. You really have to trust your realtor if you make a binding offer without stepping foot in a house beforehand, and we did. We found her integrity and honesty to be impeccable, and felt she truly had our best interest at heart. I cant speak highly enough about Sherri. We felt our house, which we put a lot of work into, was worth more than the square footage and bed/bath count suggested. Sherri took time to understand what we liked about the property, and really tried to find uniquely comparable homes when setting the pricing. She arranged for very attractive photos for us and we sold for a significantly higher price than what real estate websites estimated us at. Additionally, she managed the whole process extremely well, so very little work was required from us, which was great, because we moved out of state during this process and closed remotely. Sherri was always available to and has a wonderful personality, so was a pleasure to work with. You would be lucky to work with her!
