From the beginning, Shana was very professional, responsive, hard working, and very helpful, and very patient with my busy schedule. We were able to find a great new place for my family and quickly work on staging and putting things together to sell my condo. Selling my condo had a few challenges that she helped me solved. Probably the most important is that you can see that Shana loves her work, is eager to learn about her business, and works really hard to make sure that her clients are happy and making the right decision, and never felt pushed by her to make a decision. This is a review I’ve been waiting to do. I met Shana over the phone as she called me inquiring about my house. I gave her a tough time and quickly said “no, I’m not interested” after getting calls from many investors and money hungry agents you get to be a little sensitive if you aren’t 100% - sure especially during this climate. Some time goes by and I finally decided I was ready to sell - well my gut intuition told me the only way I’m going through this process is with a PEACE in my mind and heart. A gut feeling told me not to reach out to just anybody but I distinctly remember the calmness and kindness of the agent who called me not long ago and accepted my short and not so sweet “no”. Yup, I called Shana and only her as my intuition told me it was She who would give me the experience I was looking for. Less than a month later and my house being sold within days and at the EXACT price point I requested her of she did everything with seamless effort and exceptional professionalism. Do not be fooled by her ever so kind demeanor and class - while all these things are true her execution is why she’s the business woman and real estate agent for this day and age. I leave no room for bias as she was not referred to me nor did we have any ties prior to my sellers journey. Just a gut feeling and a call back on my part. I truly feel like I won with Shana, not just as an agent but as someone I now call a friend all because I trusted my gut because I trusted her with one of the most important decisions I have made in my life. I dont even know where to start talking about this amazing agent Ms Shana Webb. It was genuinely random opportunity to have a tour with Shana early this year through Zillow. Since we decided to work together, she has been a truly professional and awesome helper/agent. As a first home buyer there were so many things I was nervous about and questioned myself purchasing a house in DC. My wife and I are first time home buyers. And as such we come with unlimited questions and zero experience about this process.
