I met Kevin just over two years ago when I was looking into working with realtors in the DC area around real estate investment. Since then, I’ve recommended him to just about anyone who has questions around all things real estate. While I’ve worked with dozens of realtors Since that time, none have held up to Kevin’s caliber. His professionalism, responsiveness, and knowledge of the industry makes him an incredible person to work with.If your looking for someone to walk you through the ins and outs of a real estate transaction, Kevin is definitely your guy. He’ll take the time to get to know you, understand what you’re trying to get out of a situation, explain the market, and be completely transparent with you throughout the process. I have had the experience of purchasing a few different houses. As my family began to grow, I recently found the need to purchase a larger home. I spoke to a variety of different realtors that showed me several homes until I found Kevin White. When making such a large decision, I wanted to work with someone that I could trust and had experience. Throughout the past several months, Kevin has been there every step of the way. He has always answered every call or email no matter what time of day or night it was. His professionalism, mentorship, knowledge, honesty, and hard work ethic are much respected and appreciated. I never felt that he was just trying to sell me a house, but that he was trying to educate me by answering my questions and helping me make the best decision for my family. I now consider Kevin a friend and would highly recommend him to anyone that is searching for a new home.

Well I must say I rarely do this but I thought in this particular case it was fitting way to thank Kevin for making my wifes and I home buying experience absolutley awesome. We sold a house and bought a house with Kevin leading the way. Im telling you that we couldnt have met a better realtor. Kevin was magical at every speed bump we faced but at the end of the day we couldnt have been happier! I sincerely hope that this review helps people in making there decision to hire a realtor. Your house is an expensive investment, please take the time to read this and learn from my experience.Avoid this man, save yourself the headache. Find someone with some integrity. My issues with him are as follow:He listed a house as fully renovated, though he knew the house was not (to deny this statement would mean he his reckless and does not read disclosure statements filled out by sellers). The disclosure statement which the seller filled out, clearly stated the house does not have a new roof or new HVAC but was still listed as “fully renovated”.Based on my conversation with the appraiser when I challenged some things in the report, the appraiser, Flanagan Associates responded by telling me that Kevin told him that the house had new roof and HVAC system, so the value of the house was inflated in the report. This should have never happened.The seller he represented (Raptor Homes llc), made illegal renovations to the house without the appropriate permits required in DC, something any decent realtor should have known by checking the house they were about to list. I will equate buying a house this man listed as buying a ROLEX off the street.More importantly the house failed the city’s inspection, and this wasn’t disclosed either. (While this comment may not be Kevin’s fault, it just shows you the type of people he represents). So, the ultimate question to ask yourself is, should you take a chance buying a house he lists or even working with him?Bottom line, I filed a complaint against him with the office of the attorney general, DC. If this man has done you wrong, I highly suggest filing a complaint with the office of the attorney general too so that he can be held accountable at some point in the future.If there is a zero star, that would have been my choice not 1
