She never gave up and overcame difficult situations when looking for a house several times, such as dealing with difficult counterparts and situations. She was very kind and polite, but firm at the same time which allowed us to communicate and negotiate with the counterparts in a consistent and effective manner.Also, she was very easy to get in touch with, respectful and could be contacted through telephone calls, via text messages and/or emails.
