After conducting a thorough search of office spaces throughout the DC-metro area, District Offices Pennsylvania Ave. was the obvious choice. Their location and facilities are second to none. Plus, the office staff are true professionals, and working with them is a total pleasure!
Having been a tenant at this site for many years, I would highly recommend this location to any small or medium size firm looking for office space in the heart of Washington, D.C. With easy access to multiple metro locations (Metro Center/Federal Triangle), coming and going from the office is easy. District Offices has recently renovated the entire floor with state of the art telecom equipment to meet the needs of all their clients. I will say that the front office staff has been more than amazing given the global pandemic, they’ve stayed on to make sure that even in the toughest of times, their clients’ needs are met in a timely fashion. The building itself has a nice food court and plenty of parking and an onsite UPS store.
