The lady with the red hair at the front desk was absolutely lovely. Great customer service.

Fedex and UPS ships and delivers on our military base all day, everyday, with nooo problem. But every DHL shipment we track stalls at this location. We work sundown to sun up but the driver always inputs false attempted delivery statuses. This happens every single time. Weve had to go pick up parts ourselves from this location.

No sense of urgency. Poor communication. I waited in line for over 30 minutes along with four other ppl with no movement. When I inquired about the wait time for service, the attendant said, our systems are down. Maybe you can try the BWI location (an hour away) or come back in a few hours. It would have been nice for them to make the announcement to the people in line in stead of just looking at us, look at them.

The guy in front office (I think his name is Richard?) was very very helpful and kind. He deserves two thumbs up!

I shipped a package to Kenya on 4/28. It was 5.2 pounds. Cost $282. The package arrived on 5/2 today is the 13th my family is still waiting to get it. Why am I disappointed with DHL? They have knowledge of customs and duties globally. They had full knowledge that we would have to pay an additional $355 to receive the package yet said nothing.That was the big surprise waiting. Not only waiting almost 2 weeks beyond the delivery date but paying additional money.

I literally choose DHL over FedEx because I thought my package would come quicker! I’m disappointed not only did I not receive my package after paying for express they lied and said they attempted to deliver the package but no one was home! I was sitting outside in my car when I received a text saying they attempted to deliver my package. I never saw a DHL van pull up!! My boyfriend was inside our home all day and no one ever knocked on the door! No notes on door nothing!!.. and I called customer service who claim they would redeliver the package within 1 hour but I doubt they will considering they never came the first time.Update: No one ever delivered my package and I live 10 mins away from this location they claim it’s at the warehouse but I can’t pick it up until Monday! I ordered this package for Valentines Day not days after! I don’t recommend DHL delivery to anyone!

Two delivery drivers never left door tags so I could sign for my package. Third guy did but it was the last attempt.I called and they said they would waive the signature and deliver by the end of day. Never happened.I called again they said signature cannot be waived and that they would deliver by the end of the day. Never happened.I call multiple times. 3 people hang up on me, one lady goes mute for 5 minutes after I say I want to file a complaint. I hang up becuase shes just gone.They said they would try to deliver Monday by 2. Never happened. Call back. Lady says 4-7. Then I get an email saying its scheduled for tomorrow.So I call again. The lady says the last lady I spoke to said I wanted to pick it up. That never happened.Still waiting for my package. Worst service in the history of humanity.Update. Another day they didnt deliver they said the driver took it off the truck for no reason. At this point they are being malicious.

Its a terrible experience. I spent 300 dollars for an overseas person to send things to me by DHL. Your original promise was that they would be delivered on March 11. As a result, the goods were detained by the customs as soon as they landed, and I paid 200 dollars of tax for no reason. It took a few days to clear the customs, and the goods still couldnt be delivered immediately when they arrived in Washington, which is only tens of kilometers away from us Its because we didnt send our request to the local area at the weekend,When I went to pick up the goods, the front desk staff had a very bad attitude, and one of the women yelled at us but you refused, and your customer service attitude was so bad that you spent more than 500 dollars to get this kind of experience? Stay away from a company called DHL as they are in the business of stealing your package. I had an international shipment came from the UK to the US in one day and a DHL driver stole the package as I was waiting for it to be delivered at my house. The other important fact is that the whole company is complicit with a thief and endorsing their driver which clearly stole my package. I tried to escalate the situation to upper management but was not able to contact anyone either at the station or corporate level.

Worst service, they are not longer time to deliver and the customer service is very bad. Strongly recommend not use this service. IT system also very bad, they can’t able to see packages which are in hold. Bad customer experience.

Called no one knew what’s going on. Can’t connect me to corporate office or manager where I can complain. Will go tomorrow personally to pick up and hopefully the package is there. I recently visited the DHL office in Washington DC. Mr. Mayo was exceptional. He went above and beyond assisting with my packages. I couldn’t have asked for any better customer service.

I waited over 30 minutes for them to find my package even though the front door checker took my info down to expedite the process. Extremely slow!

Terrible experience! My package was delivered to a wrong address, and said that it was delivered to me. After waiting 2 hours for someone to answer my call, they didnt give me any information of how i can get my package. I called them again, second time after about 45 min waiting, a person picked up and now told me that they will open investigation and will call me back with updates! Guess what?Nobody ever called me back, and i went myself to the communities next to mine and was asking them all to check lock rooms, till i finally found my missing package in the neighbors community! Terrible service!

Driver would not deliver my package that I paid for expedited shipping for, when I’ve gotten multiple deliveries before with no issues. They simply didn’t care. They would not let me pick up my package. When I need the stuff I ordered this weekend. But apparently that doesn’t matter to DHL. If I could give negative stars I would. My package took several weeks to be delivered. I had to change the delivery address to my work address because they only deliver 9-5 on weekdays. It took 4-5 different calls to get it delivered correctly to the new address. The only reason for my review not being lower is because of Elizabeth, one of the supervisors I spoke to. She was very professional and was the only one who seemed to be of any help out of all the people I spoke with. Received my package 1-2 days after speaking with her.

I had a poor experience with the customer service on the phone,however, Rick Mayo at this location went out of his way to retrieve my package 30 minutes after closing. He was very helpful and understanding! Need more men like this in charge! He had sensed my frustration from my previous action with the operator on the phone and did made it so that I can get my package! Rick Mayo for president! Lol

Person who worked in service point so rude. I went to pick up my package he told me come back on monday. I was little mad to him to explain the situation. He told me his not my child dont say like that. Thats not customer care. Service so bad. Do not use DHL. Fedex or Ups more better service than DHL. Their online tracking service is not good either.

Trying to get packages delivered to my house is like pulling teeth with these people. The customer service representatives are somewhat helpful depending on who you talk to, but the actual delivery drivers are absolute trash. I took a whole day off of work just to catch up with these people only to have to take another to just pick up my package because i can’t afford to wait another day for them to NOT deliver it.Spoke to 4 different representatives, each one falling short to resolving my issue.If i order something and it’s being sent by DHL I’m canceling it I’m not going through this ever again.

Terrible ! After only making 1 attempt to deliver my package, my package, which was supposed to be delivered on Monday, Is still missing . I’ve called everyday this week to have my package delivered, have been promised a delivery the following day just for me to call again and be told that I have to pick up my package. Ordered from online website. DHL lost my package. They marked the package as delivered. However, my apartment complex logs all packages and DHL never came on the day that DHL marked the package as delivered. DHL said the package was signed for but did not list who signed it. Again, my apartment logs all packages and did not receive ANY packages from DHL. I waited on hold for over 2 hours before speaking to a customer service rep. The rep only told me that they were looking into what happened. DO NOT USE OR ORDER FROM A COMPANY THAT USES DHL.

Ive had such a horrible experience with DHL. I have spent over 120 minutes on the phone (mostly on hold over several calls) with them trying to locate my package. They have assured me it is going to be delivered tomorrow (Ive heard that three times already). If I had a choice, I would never use DHL again, ever.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WORST. They are disorganized and ineffective. Do not use their service. Seriously. I have been fighting with them for a very important business package for two weeks. It was supposed to be delivered to me. Customer service promised me on 3 separate occasions that I would receive my package on certain days and that never happened. I am now at the service point to pickup my package and have been waiting for an hour for my package that they claimed was here. They are now telling me that they cannot find it. Not only was I lied to but as a customer I am being inconvenienced completely. This has been an absolute disaster and I would highly discourage everyone to not use their services. There are 4 people behind me waiting for help and are equally as dissatisfied as I am. Do better.

Absolute worst packaging/shipping company Ive had the mispleasure of doing business with. I am currently stationed in FT MYER, VA and it took two weeks for them to realize that it was a military base. My address is literally FT MYER JOINT BASE HENDERSON HALL. In which I had to call them multiple multiple times in order to find out the actual status of my package. I then had to take time of my normal business day to go there physically, which takes time away from the army which is not a good thing by any means. When I had showed up it took the clerk almost 20 min to come to the help desk and track my package in which case she responded with oh that has been here for almost two weeks now lol. Absolute unprofessional company and do not recommend anyone does businees with these people.

I was supposed to receive my package today and I was waiting around since 11a.m. At 5p.m. I decided to call DHL Customer service the representative that picked up said that my package is still on it’s way. I called back at 6:45 pm and the next representative said that the driver has been sent back to the DHL Facility so I will have to wait till tomorrow to get my package. I said absolutely NOT!! I will go pick it up myself!!! I don’t think I will ever use them again. I have very valuable, time sensitive shipments and I’ve heard too many stories of the employees stealing packages. I was pleasantly surprised by the service. While the staff didnt understand that I wanted to pick up the delivery there at first, and that there were two packages total, they made up for it with eagerness to help me load the packages in a tight space of my vehicle. You just have to know the right questions to ask.

Youd be done faster at a Post Office. You have one person taking care of the front desk. That isnt enough. Its unfair and stressful. Been waiting here in line jusr to pick up a package. I had to drive 30 minutes extra, because they dont deliver to P.O. Boxes. My P.O. Box is 5 minutes away, and. this makes no sense. Yeah, people steal your mail in the DMV, so you are forced to pick it up, since they are not capable to complete a deilvery with a P.O. Box.

They always walk to apartment, knock and running away with re-delivery notice. In my apartments whenever you deliver packages you are required to take a picture of the package, however the package was marked delivered but no picture or notification was received. There is a bs signature you can’t even understand. I have yet to receive the actual package and the leasing office checked all cameras and no dhl delivery was even made that day. Outside cameras were checked as well and there was no sign of a dhl delivery. Super upset because this is effecting my business!

Extremely irresponsible courier service and this location doesnt treat customers well. Confidently lied about me not being at home when i was stilling outside for 4 hours (6pm-10pm) waiting for my package to arrive. While sitting outside, i also called DHL customer service twice to see how late they will be, as the status still said with delivery courier. Then they suddenly updated that a delivery was attempted and recipient not at home. I was still sitting outside and did not see a DHL van ever the whole time. When i called up the customer service again after receiving the message, they gave me an option to schedule a delivery with an extra payment. Clearly a trick here by DHL to push customers to pay more. I work in a business that needs fast international shipping. This location is single handedly the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. No one is ever at the desk, it takes forever. Ages. Hours sometimes to send packages.... Id avoid this location at all costs

Third rate, no wonder they failed as a domestic carrier. Driver marked my parcel delivered, with a phony signature. The parcel is nowhere to be found. DHL insists on sending the driver back to my apartment to... Look for the parcel? Dude, its not here. My front desk concierge was there when DHL came, they left one parcel (which was scanned into our system) and it wasnt for me. DHL wont ask the driver about the phony signature. Avoid any business that uses DHL, refuse to shop with them until they can provide a reputable carrier.

Was suppose to recieve my package 3 days ago. I live on a base so the deliverer is suppose to either get access to the base or call me so I can come get the package from the gate. Hasnt happened once, just keep getting emails saying that they are sorry they missed me and we unable to deliver my package. Wonder when Im going to actually get it...

A company with no integrity. Claimed that they attempted a delivery twice. I was home the at the attempted delivery. After calling the first time, I was toof to leave a note with tracking number saying to leave inside. Got a message saying there was another attempted delivery. Building surveillance suggests otherwise. Called again. A representative said they are going to attempt another delivery between 3 and 4. I called at 3 pm.Representative comfirms another attempt will be made. SITTING OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN WAITING FOR THIS PACKAGE. Will pay extra next time NOT to use this service.
