Unexpected competency in replacing expanding and overheating battery in my galaxy s7 edge phone. I was going to replace the phone thinking it couldnt be repaired. Phone is now like new. Price extremely reasonable and service only took about an hour. Very Happy.

They were great! First off in the morning Jeff called and let me know they were out of stock of my motorcycle battery but not to worry he had one coming in later that day instead of canceling my order. Thank you so much! When I got there Covid-19 guidelines were above and beyond I felt totally safe(which isnt too common with other retailers) The woman(Didnt catch her name) that helped me went above and beyond asking me questions about how I take care of my battery in the off season to make sure I had best practices about it. She even gave me a maintenance card.

Sales person sold me a new battery for my old phone. Kept dying on me. Told me it would take about 30-40 min to accomplish. Did it in less than 20! Have used Batteries Plus Bulbs many different times for battery and bulb needs over the years. And an extra good point is battery recycling of old if you are purchasing new!! Saving the environment!!

I visited the store today to ask about a problem I was having with key fob not working properly. I was waited on by a saleswoman. She first referred me to another salesperson who she said could probably better help me. Then she started questioning me so rapidly that I couldn’t even explain what was happening and she said, “it’s probably just the battery” - She quoted me just under $12 to replace the battery. I questioned why so high for this battery and was informed by the woman that it’s a “special battery” and that it’s not a common one and that their price also included installation. But when I stood at the counter and looked on Amazon - I can purchase a package of 5 of these batteries for $5.39!!!!I can appreciate a business needing to make a profit In order to operate, however, I do not see how these people can justify what they’re charging.When I said, “that’s ok, I don’t think I want to purchase today” - I received a quick, “ok fine”

Just what it says Batteries, Bulbs, and not much else. They are great for one of those things you need now. Otherwise its as exciting as its name...

They went out of their way to track down a watch battery I needed.

Went in for a replacement key fob battery. They removed the old battery and replaced it with a new one.

Needed a car fob battery, quick and easy fix. Also had some issues with my phone not taking a charge, the employee cleaned out my charging port for free and walked me through what I need to do when my battery inevitably craps out. Friendly, quick, and professional!

Poor (no) warranty on iphone screen repair. owner (lucy) hung up on me. employee misdiagnosed problem and refused to accept a warranty claim. not even an offer of a store credit for future use. see them in court.

I went in with low expectations....BUT, not only did they replace the battery in my remote start key fob....they also cut and programmed a key for my Mercury. They gave me a veterans 10% discount and were very pleasant to deal with. They sell bulbs, batteries and chargers for alot of different things....definately worth the time to check out. They saved me $60 over Ford plus they programmed the key without needing the vehicle overnight. 2 thumbs up!

Great place to get your batteries

IPad battery expanded and destroyed my whole iPad, will not warranty because its my fault. Happened after about a week after it was replaced.

There were three people that tried to help me. They were very friendly. With that being said, they claim to be able to change watch batteries and could not even open the back of my watch. The guy chipped away at the metal on my watch then gave it back to me and said he couldn’t help me. I am selling my watch and that definitely made the value go down. Do not take your expensive items here!

These guys are great! Truck battery completely failed in a cold snap of weather, so I couldn’t drive to get a new battery. I called the a couple of the usual auto parts stores in town, but no one would deliver a battery if you weren’t an auto shop. Jeff not only delivered, but also installed the battery on a cold day. My lifted newer truck is no easy install. All sorts of things had to be moved to get the battery switched out. Prices are great, and the service was even better. Thanks!
