I have lived at The Residences for several years. It is a wonderful place to live. Quiet, organized, non smoking and there are rules!Marlo, the manager, Felicia, the leasing agent, Mike, the maintenance supervisor, and the cleaning staff are AWESOME!!! Very friendly, helpful and the Best!! They all go above and beyond to making living here comfy!I love living here!

Marlo and Felicia are amazing! I found this apartment building located near the Meadows Race Track and Casino after doing an on line search. We were moving from North Carolina to Washington County and all of the arrangements were handled via emails and phone calls. Move in day went seamlessly. The facility is fairly new, clean, well monitored, and state of the art when it comes to mail delivery, trash disposal, pet friendly DNA testing, and secure digital entry for visitors into the apartment of this multi-use facility. Window blinds are included, and this one bedroom unit has two walls of floor to ceiling windows in the living room area.Retail shops on the street level make some services convenient and the location to I-79, I-70, Route 19 is only seconds away. It is a very quiet building, cant hear any noise from either side apartment, nor from the apartment above. Also, when walking down the hall, there is no noise coming from inside the apartments, nor any odors coming from the kitchens that are located right inside the front door. The leasing office is on the premise and staffed during working hours daily. Dont hesitate!!

I had the pleasure of calling The Residences home for about 4 years. Management was very responsive and professional. While I didn’t always get to attend the “resident appreciation” events due to my work schedule, the events were well planned out and showed they wanted the building to feel like a community. The property was always kept clean. Building is secure and utilities were included . I would highly recommend you check it out.

We are seniors that have moved from our home of 25 years plus. The staff(Marlo,Felicia, and Mike) have made the transition very easy. Going beyond to make things perfect. We are very at home and feel safe at The Residences@ The Street. We would recommend any one we know this is a great place.

I was building a townhouse but it would take 6 months. I needed a place to stay until its completion. The Residences at the Street was the PERFECT solution. Centrally located (you can easily walk to everything you need), a top notch management team and a super nice maintenance team make it an excellent option. The design and layout of the apartments is very well thought out and with upgraded hardware and stainless appliances the decision to lease was a no brainer. I would highly recommend leasing at The Residences at the street. Thanx again.

Great place to live! The management staff is friendly and helpful, the building is very conveniently located between Washington and Canonsburg, and is always very well maintained. Couldnt recommend it enough!

I have lived here for about a year and love it. I have never had to call maintenance for anything, because everything is new. The common areas are kept very clean.I like that management will email information rather than getting a ton of paper. Management is very responsive to emails and requests.It is in a perfect location with lots of restaurants, bars, etc within walking distance or a very short drive.

We really enjoyed our year living at The Residences, the staff was friendly and the building was always in pristine condition. The apartments are nice and roomy with plenty of storage space, and you could always find a spot in the parking lot. My only note about the complex is that it is more geared towards older adults and seniors, not the best location for young professionals. Overall, I recommend The Residences - great place to live!

I absolutely love it here! The entire building is kept very clean and any issues that arise get fixed immediately. I feel very safe with key fob access to enter the building. Management is easy to work with and always available to answer my questions. It’s conveniently located near the interstate and other attractions. There is plenty of parking space. I highly recommend!

I enjoy living here. I relocated and will be here about 8 months. Since October I have seen how great the staff and the residents are. Great pet area, Football in the lounge and events planned every few months. You can not get better quality of living at this low price per month. Very clean and access to everything in less than 10 minutes I will miss living here.

Weve been in residence for nearly a month and EVERYTHING has been handled beautifully. The leasing process was handled quickly, efficiently, and with great care. Management is super responsive and stays in excellent communication with us. Our Apartment was Move-in ready when they said it would be. The facility is always in tip-top shape (very clean & well maintained). The Maintenance Man is an absolute Gem (We havent had a maintenance issue, but hes such a friendly fellow that I had to mention him). This is a really nice place to live. Highly recommend.

It is clean, safe, and management/maintenance are friendly and always quick on responding to any of your needs! Highly recommend for apartment living!

My husband and I lived here for 2 years and we have absolutely no complaints. The building was always clean, maintenance issues were handled the same day, and any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. The rent includes utilities and is very reasonable. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to rent.

Such an incredible place. The staff is so friendly, everything is brand new, and the specials are pretty hard to beat. Maintenance is fast to respond and the community looks pristine. Its so nice being able to walk to the shops underneath and the fitness center is great if you dont want to have to join a gym. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I have lived here since the building was opened. Management is pretty awesome and laid back, any questions or maintenance that I’ve ever needed done has always been promptly handled. They have many tenant gatherings so you can meet all of your neighbors and occasionally win some pretty awesome things (ie free rent for a month,gift cards etc.). All appliances are brand new! There is always an open line of communication with management whether that be via email, phone call or just walking down and having a chat. The building is always clean and welcoming, dog park just right outside for play time with your pet.The location is great and close proximity to everything! We have enjoyed staying here and even renewed our fourth year lease. We will be sad when it’s time to buy a home and move from this wonderful building with great management!

Inexperienced employees, poor management, I was told I was approved and then they later told me I was not for no reason, I had already purchased rental insurance, I cancelled 2 other apartments that I looked at.. terrible experience!! Dont waste your time
