I lived at the Parkway in Cleveland Park for 2 years, and I was so happy with my time there. The courtyard and common spaces in the building are absolutely beautiful and everyone on the staff was always kind, friendly, and very attentive whenever I needed anything. I will miss living here and highly recommend it to anyone looking in Cleveland Park/NW!

Very pleased with this apartment building. Clean, quiet and close to literally everything. I love that I can walk to the office and to almost any place downtown. The courtyard is fabulous, I could stay there for hours reading a book or having a coffee. The apartment is well equipped and a great size. No complaints at all. Would recommend to friends and family.

The hot water shuts off about every two weeks and can be disruptive to your day because it has taken them over 10 hours to fix.

The place is great.i love it and well recommend. Anyone and everyone.
