Potomac Elevator Company helped us out when we needed to run a new phone line into a very old elevator in a private residence. The old phone line got cut during a renovation project and needed replacement. We must have called at least 6-8 elevator companies, and none of them wanted to help us...in fact most of them never even returned our calls. Potomac Elevator Company was quite the opposite. They answered the phone immediately and had answers to all of our questions. One of their estimators was on-site the next day to provide us with a quote. The price was very reasonable. The team that performed the work was very knowledgeable. Overall, their entire team was incredibly responsive, super friendly, and very professional.
