I had a good testing experience at this location and recommend it. The staff were professional, courteous, and experienced at following testing protocols. The space was quiet, clean with COVID precautions in place.

Great overall experience and thought it would be beneficial to balance out the negative reviews. Firstly, the building and office spaces are very clean with meticulous focus on Covid precautions. The temperature, noise level, and equipment were all above satisfactory. On top of that, the staff was exceptionally nice! Thank you.

I have a had a horrible experience with a Pearson Vue location before. If you really want rude and unprofessional go to the location in Baltimore (3108 Lord Baltimore Dr #103 Windsor Mill MD 21244).This location was excellent and well organized. I watched as one person checked in and managed 10 testers during intake with no issue. Pleasant greetings and directions.The location was clean 🧼! Clean. If only they validated parking. I would recommend this location out of any of the locations within the dmv area.

It was great, their staff is very professional, clean facility with a faster service with clients.

The rules are very meticulous. Staff has an attitude everytime I go. I know they are doing their job but their explanations are awful and they communicate as though you are an enemy rather than someone who paid their money to take an exam you studied day and night for. If it want the closest place Id rather not go.

Some of the friendliest people Ive encountered. Genuinely helpful and more than willing to assist with any question or concern. Great testing location.

I was reading reviews about this testing center and it made so worried that I have to face unprofessional people on my exam day. I was so close to reschedule my big exam at a different center, but I am glad I did not do that! Everything was so clean and organized. Staffs were so professional and helpful. There is a parking garage in the building which was so convenient. If I have to take another important test, this is the center that I will be going to....

The lady who received people was very unprofessional, rude and arrogant for nothing. She lied to me during my visit to the center about returning back documents. He abused her position and insulting people. I’m going to sue the lady and the center for their power abusing and going to report what happened officially and will see what’s their response will be! The way of dealing with the center is ABNORMAL.

The testing accommodations were fine and as to be expected, but the staff was unprofessional, rude, and slightly disorganized. One woman was kind and friendly (Angie, I think), but the other two were not. Definitely not what I needed before taking a very expensive (!!!) and important test for my professional future.I would recommend a different location if at all possible.

Staff who checked me in was very unprofessional, rude and arrogant. She disturbed me during test for no valid reason. Worst experience ever!

I agree that the process is fast at Pearson VUE..but the Attitude that is given during the process is Unnecessary. Ive went through hiring process through security companies & every time they send me to Pearson VUE to pay for my license I have an experience that makes me feel I cant wait to be done just because of the Staffs Attitude & though I go threw it I try to remember I have to be nice & ignore it...just yesterday I had to go through this unpleasant process again, & as the Front Desk Assistant ask me for everything she needs, I mistakenly given her a $35 company check for SOMB, she quickly saw it 2mins later & lightly slammed the check on the counter saying sir I said a $103.00 check, not a $35.00 check with a glare (not just looking at whos she talking to, I know)...& though I finally she says she has everything, gives me my receipt..another one of the staff (she sounded younger) said that- I Have Forgotten To Give Her My ID To Copy...but I did give her my ID & Birth Certificate that day I came in for the process, Guessing It Was Misplaced, The younger woman that called me said- Well If You Dont Want To Come In, Ill Just Have To Throw In The Trash with Sarcastic Attitude.

Apparently it is against policy to answer their phone. Have called 10 times over the last three business days and no one will answer.

Good testing center except when I had a technical problem and a Pearson rep said he would file a report to resolve the matter, Pearson customer support had no record of any report 2 weeks later

The lady that answered was to short. I’m trying to get info and she is ready to get off the phone. Next time get names.
