Crystal Bailey did a phenomenal job in her Executive Dinner / Networking Etiquette event. I learned SOOOOO many valuable lessons that I can now carry with me for a lifetime. The restaurant was extremely classy. All of her materials from her presentation and handouts were world-class. Crystal was also captivating. She was the perfect combination of proper, yet lively and jovial at the same time which made learning etiquette fun rather than stuffy (a common misconception correlated with etiquette with).
