If you are having your kubota repaired find somewhere else. If you are renting equipment beehive rentals down the road is cheaper but takes longer to pickup and drop off equipment. If you are in a hurry and dont care about saving about 10% of the rental cost then this is the place.The employees are pleasant to work with but are not easy on the equipment. I dropped off a bucket to get new teeth on it and an employee purposely ramed into it using a forklift at about 5mph to move it over. It slid across the cement pretty far but maybe using the forklift to pick it up and move it would be better next time. When i picked it up it had noticeably more scratches on it. Obviously this is a excavator bucket and the damage is inconsequential, but its the attitude of carelessness that worries me. Obviously my one experience does not mean they are always like this, but make sure to take photos of your equipment before you bring it in for repair.

Ask plenty of questions first! Maybe this is just common knowledge, but when I rented equipment from Ahern I was charged up front way more than I expected. I eventually got my money back for deposits & extra time that I didnt use, but come on.... its the 21st century! Cant you just hold my DL & CC on file then only charge me for what I used when I return the equipment? If I keep it longer you have all means to charge me, but if i return it when i say i will, in the condition expected, I dont have to pay 3 to 4 times as much than agreed then have to wait for a refund?!? Come on Ahern get your $&#@ together.

Equipment was good but i wish they had hourly or half day rentals. Sometimes you dont need it all day.

Had to do an all day rental even though I used the piece of equipment for less than an hour.Then they took $30.00 off my deposit as a fuel charge because that tank was half empty when they dropped it off.Also lied about the fork length which caused me to have to rent fork extensions.Headed to H&E next time

The boss is complete jerk and horribly rude. Never would I ever want to go near that place again, just to stay away from the prick. Dont go there unless youre looking for an argument and a bad day.
