This company has been very difficult to work with. My husband and I sent our adoption documents to them in September 2020 and had poor communication and response from them ever since. They STILL have not returned our documents, but they went ahead and cashed our checks just a couple of months ago. My husband is working with our bank to file fraudulent charges due to the fact they took our money, but have failed to actually provide the services we paid them for. We are in the process of trying to adopt, which is a hard enough process, but this delay has made it even more frustrating. Please, if you can, try to use a more reliable company if you have important documents that need Apostille.Update to my review since the company replied: I am only harping on this because we all have put a lot of work into our documents and are emotionally invested in things that would be sent to this company so I dont want anyone to have this road block in their process! The company said that it is taking several weeks to receive the documents back from the State- at the time of my review it had been at least 7 months since we sent our documents and Apostille Courier Express had already emailed to say THEY lost our documents and requested we send our fingerprints to them (which wasnt the original way we were to process our documents). They also cashed the checks we sent just a month or so before so they lost our documents, but they conveniently didnt lose our checks. And in their reply here they say that they will provide contact info, but we have already called and emailed and we get either no answer or a very vague, avoidant answer from them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR DOCUMENT DELIVERY!

I have tried contacting you many times via email and phone, but you are not responding to either. Additionally, this doesnt have anything to do with the State Department. You told us you lost the papers, but still cashed our checks. This isnt right. Please take ownership of your mistake, and refund our money.

This company has the worst customer service I have ever seen. You write emails and leave phone messages with no response. When you are paying good money have their services one would think at least some kind of response could happen. I run a business and if treated my customers like we have been I would be out of business.

I echo another persons review, do not use this service. I submitted my FBI report for an Apostille on Jan. 4th, 2021 and was told it would take 7-9 weeks to process. By early March, I was in touch with them repeatedly to see what was happening. The last time they replied to me was March 26th, when my FBI report was about to expire on March 31. Desperate attempts to get in touch with them were met with complete silence. The Spanish consulate would not accept an expired FBI report -- and yet, this all had to coincide with the validity of a police report from Dubai. Today - April 16, just fifteen weeks after submitting it, I received notice that it has been received. Extremely poor customer service. Find a different company to do this for you. (Note -- their partner company, National Background Check, were AMAZING, and I would recommend them in a heartbeat.)

This courier claimed to be able to turn documents around in 23-25 days during COVID. If you call their telephone number (which they never answer) a message now say 7 -9 weeks due to COVID. But, they had our documents 14 weeks ago! They refuse a telephone conversation - insist on email. Our documents have already expired! Do not use this service! They appear to be a sham.

Highly recommend. We were in a tight spot when working on getting our visa and needed our documents asap. They were super helpful and went above and beyond.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE = They do not communicate, they are even slower than the state department, and, for no apparent reason, they are also closed on Wednesdays.... Seriously? I paid more than 300 usd to have my documents done as fast as possible and then they are inexplicably close on wednesdays. An absolute shame.
