Incredibly fast, reliable and I feel overwhelmingly in their debt. My husband forgot our passport at home in Washington, DC while we drive to New York City to visit family before our flight to London. It wasnt until our travel date that we discovered we didnt have our passports. We called All State Courier and they picked our passports and drove them directly to meet us at the JFK Airport in New York and we still had three hours to spare before our flight. I highly recommend them. They truly came true for us.

All State Courier was fantastic to work with, returning a phone call at 11 pm within 5 minutes to get a pick-up scheduled for 9:00 am the next day. Their representative was very helpful in providing a fair price and getting it scheduled. We had more items to pick up than what I had communicated and he was very courteous in sharing the increased price because of our mistake. The courier himself was great to work with and provided gold standard service.

The girl that took my previous order was a true professional. I called back and wanted to ask for her, but forgot her name. However, Jonathan took my order and from the moment I spoke to him, I was convinced that I would receive the same great service. We wanted a courier that would accept a 400 page file document to be printed and filed with the U.S Board of Immigration Appeals in Falls Church, VA. Three courier companies refused to accept our order at 2:30 PM to be delivered by 4:30 PM. All State Courier had us e-mail the document to them. They printed and drove our document to the Immigration Clerk before 4:30 PM. We will definitely use them again. Thanks Jonathan.

Amazing last minute delivery. I needed a package shipped from Old Towne, Alexandria to Sterling, Va same day and they made it happen, even though it was at the very end of the business day. The man who answered the phone was extremely accommodating and made me feel like family. Absolutely the best courier and/or delivery service Ive ever used. If you ever need a rush delivery, this is the company to call!!!

They got the job done but unpleasant, Sam told me meanly to back off!! when i asked him ( for the first time if they were picking up my document on time ), use them if you are willing to take verbal abuse and disrespect.

Really great experience with All State Courier. I live in Atlanta and urgently needed to rely on someone for top service. I was hesitate to because of the sensitive nature of the documents I needed, but I called All State on TWO occasions at the very last minute and on both occasions I had to ask for urgent (1 hr.) service from Reston, VA to Wash, DC. They were not only incredibly friendly, but quick to respond and both deliveries were 100% accurate and on time! I will use them every time now.

Ive never used a local courier service before so when my boss asked me to look up one on the internet, I decided on All State Courier, Inc based on their favorable reviews. Their driver showed up within 15 minutes! I was impressed. Our envelope was delivered, and we received instant delivery confirmation. Im one happy camper.

Where do I begin? Used this company for delivery of a disc that was to contain time sensitive documents. The first interaction was a bit bumpy but we made it through. The second and final time...they improperly downloaded the information in a format that could not be read. As the information had a deadline of less than 24 hours, we used another company to correct their error and deliver the information. I requested a refund for services as the disc was unusable.The company then THREATENED TO INVOICE the company the document was delivered to statingwe have been around too long, I suggest you move on.Insisting upon being paid for services not provided.Most communication is done via email. When you speak with a person, it is the same person with a thick Indian accent that simply doesnt understand the process of data transfer.The most unprofessional organization Ive ever been involved with.Trust me...I wouldnt trust this company with my personal information.Ill be filing a complaint with the attorney general and the local police department as threats are against the law.See below...do you really want to do business with these types of people? I have spent so much time and eventually had to block his email as he would not stop sending threatening emails. This guy is unstable to say the least! Take it from me...dont invite the headache.And the truth be told, All State Courier lied to paypal stating that his company provided the disc but not the service of transferring files. Not true...the case is now with my bank!The disputes for PayPal are outsourced to INDIA as well...coincidence they dont seem to understand the process?The public needs to know how you do business....keep responding.

My wife and I needed our marriage certificate authenticated by the U.S Department of State in Washington, D.C, and taken to the UAE Embassy for further authentication. We called All State Courier, Inc for help. Their manager, Sam went beyond his call of duty to make sure our documents reached us on time even after they were rejected by the U.S Department of State for insufficient fee. He paid for the extra charges and billed us accordingly. All State Courier is awesome!!

My daughter attends The American University in Washington, D.C, and it was her birthday. I called three courier companies in the Washington, D.C area to deliver cupcakes to her, but they all refused to take my order. Their excuses were that they did not want to stand in line to pick my order! All State Courier picked up my daughter’s cupcakes and had them to her where she and her friends eagerly waited. The cupcakes were delivered on time and I am ever so grateful to All State Courier.

I called from Dubai and requested that my marriage license be authenticated by the State Department. All State Courier took my document to the Department of State, but it was rejected because it didnt carry apostatized seal from the State of Nevada.All State Courier contacted me with the news, and their manager, Sam quickly suggested that he would send my certificate to Nevada and pay for the authentication, and wait for re-endorsement from me. I was amazed at his diligence to help. He sent my documents to Nevada, got the seal and then authenticated it at the State Department. My marriage certificate was then sent to me in Dubai by DHL. All State Courier made life easy for me. You cant ask for a better service.

Our usual courier was unavailable for a last minute delivery from Old Town Alexandria to DC. I called ASC at 9:30 in the morning to schedule a delivery that needed to occur between 11am and 12pm. Within 10 minutes a courier was in my office and zipped the package to the recipient. What a great service - excellent customer service - and a super value. Well be using ASC again.
