HM repair provided speedy and efficient service for a cracked iPhone SE screen. I came here because of the positive reviews and was not disappointed. I reached out for a quote and they fixed the iPhone screen for the quoted price of $69. They repaired part of the frame to get a totally shattered screen replaced and the new screen works well. Very impressed with the quality and speed.Also pleased with their customer service. At the store, they up sold to a screen protector for $15. When I got home the iPhone screen protector was broken but they were magnanimous in resolving the issue. They do not have a warranty on the screen protectors sold.They’ll have you in and out in no time and take appointments which made the entire process seamless and easy. If I break another screen, I’ll return to HM for their service.

Very responsive from the beginning. Worked with me to get me in on my tight schedule. Greatly appreciated. The office is nice and cosy. Work was completed quickly and screen seems to be operating as it was before it was cracked.I reached out to several other places before this one, some of the more popular ones and they gave me the run arounds. Quoted me a price of 400 dollars, which was more than half of what H and M charged. Not only that but the same place also quoted a repair time of 4 hours. H and M had me out in 20 mins.

I called to make an appointment. The gentleman was very accommodating and stayed after shop hours just to help me. When I got there they were friendly and got right to work. The fixed my phone in under 25 minutes (IPhone 8). The prices were fair and honestly cheaper than any other places I considered. 10/10 would recommend.

In my entire life I have NEVER, had a broken screen on my phone so when it happened to me I didn’t know where to go. Regrettably, I found myself in a situation where my phone screen cracked after being in my sweater pocket and getting in the car where is got slammed in between the door. As this happened on a Saturday afternoon, I began searching for repair shops late that night. That is when I found this GEM of a repair shop. I called them as soon as they opened Sunday morning and scheduled an appointment for that afternoon. It literately took me longer to get their from where I live in NOVA than it did for the actual repair!?! I was out in under 20 ish minutes! Pricing was upfront and the convenience and quality was impressive. I am so thankful and would totally recommend them!

I have used H&M Fix to repair broken glass once for an iPad and three times for an iPhone. In each instance the work was completed quickly and effectively, with the devices appearing to be as good as new following the repairs.However, the replacement glass/screen is not as durable as that used by Apple and subsequent to the repairs the glass broke much more easily. For example, normal pressure in a purse or backpack was enough to break the glass. The screens also developed dead spots after about six months.

These guys go above and beyond. The have best price for the quality they have and very fast service. Would give them 10 stars. And recommended to everyone! I will always come back! Thank you guys!

Fixed my iPhone 8 screen and an iPad screen when other repair shops said it was impossible. The guy is very friendly and professional. I asked him to make the repair on the iPad ASAP and he had it done for me in 2 hours. Very reasonable rates and up-front on pricing.

It was worth making a trip downtown for the great service and result. The prices are fair, which is a nice change from other Mac suppliers. They even had a phone cover for an iPhone 5c, which is almost impossible to find.

I called earlier this AM for a quote and the tech was very nice and helpful and set me up for an apt later that same day. Called to confirm my arrival and was very gracious that I was running about 30 minutes late! Excellent service. Walked in with no appointment. Immediately identified the likely cause of the problem with iPhone (screen would not light up). Quoted a price for the expected fix which I thought was reasonable. The technician repaired the phone while I went down the street for a quick lunch. When I came back the phone was repaired and the cost was the amount quoted in the estimate. Friendly and responsive throughout. The office location is not readily obvious (in either DC location) but it was worth going through the effort to find them.

The technician came to my work within 15 minutes of our initial phone conversation. He was courteous, and we had a great conversation while he fixed my phone LCD/glass, which took 10 minutes altogether. The repair/part replacement cost was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company!

H&M was great! I called to get directions on where their office was located. Super friendly and helpful! They fixed my phone on my lunch break. Took only 25 mins and price was reasonable.

They are fast and even came by to pick up my phone since I was right around the corner and couldnt go to the store physically due to work. But since the fix my phone cosmetically looks great but the phone is worse. They said my home screen was broken and was fixed. Now all it does is this clicking sound and sometimes its unresponsive. Touch ID doesnt work any longer. Takes longer to turn on and AssistiveTouch automatically appears each time and I have to physically go into settings to turn it off. Charging port wouldnt work so that was an extra $80 to get it replaced elsewhere (which works now). I couldve just bought a new phone with the money spent with them.Long story short. Go somewhere else and save yourself.

Replaced my cracked screen in under 20 minutes for a reasonable price. Good customer service and very pleasant experience overall.Make sure to check your screen brightness after getting a new screen, I had to increase my brightness to a higher level than usual after the fix.

Incredible attention to detail and service. Mohammed came directly to me at my office, was thorough in his questions (to understand my issue with my phone), courteous, and listened to any concerns I had and noted them. He did no secret charge work (like what youd expect from most car mechanics) and was straight honest but still went above and beyond the call of duty for my screen repair and included a thorough cleaning + check of all other parameters (speakers, camera, etc.) Would highly recommend!

Elman was extremely professional and kind as he fixed my iPhone 6+! He fixed my cracked screen in an hour (which was perfect, as the location of H&M is great for walking around Georgetown while you wait). Quick, easy, and one of the least expensive phone fix companies around. They come to you for no extra cost. My repair took only 15 minutes (iphone 7 screen and lcd replacement) and cost $110. Worth it for the convenience and good quality of the work. Mohamed even fixed something that had been broken in a previous screen repair attempt.

Dropped my iPhone 6s around noon, the screen shattered. I immediately called these guys and they offered to come by in the next few hours and replace the screen for $100 (lowest price in the area to my knowledge). Mohamed arrived at my apartment building at 3:47, I brought my phone down to him, and he told me he would have it done by 4:00. When I came back downstairs 10 minutes later, it was as good as new! With their quick service, my phone was shattered for less than 4 hours, and I didnt even have to leave my home to get it fixed.He even put on a screen protector :) Im hoping my clumsiness doesnt make me a repeat customer, but if I ever run into problems again, I will be.

Service was professional and efficient! I got my cracked screen replaced while I had lunch with a friend. Lower right side of the screen is sometimes unresponsive to initial touch but was not like that previously. Usualy it will respond if I turn the phone or keep tapping.

I have a iphone 7plus, screen completely shattered.Half of the screen auto typing random things, the other half was completely black, screen was D* near off the phone. I had my phone battery replaced several weeks ago after it totally died on me. I got an appointment the same day, the technician came to my home and did the replacement very quickly. My only note would be that the technician was late for the appointment and I had to call them to figure out when they would arrive. But otherwise, I had a good experience.

I had service from this company back in June and ever since then my phone has been deteriorating since! The ID thumb print stopped working completely, I have to restart my phone 5 times or more A DAY, my phone overheats to where I have to leave it off for a certain amount of time, and to top it all off the screen that they put on it doesnt even fit my phone. I can see the rim of my phone. I contacted the people same day to let them know that they say they replaced my screen, they never came to fix it. Have been ignoring my calls/text. Dont go to them. Its all a scam. I feel like they just took my money and made my phone worse.
