Got a good Dell desk computer, and received excellent service from all the Best Buy staff, particularly Robert in the Geek Squad. Very satisfied.
Great experience! I promised myself I would not return to Best Buy because of a bad experience I recently had in Virginia, but the Geek Squad here was a totally different case. Abdul did an upgrade to SSD on my laptop right in front of me and explained the whole process as he was doing it. It tool less than 10 minutes! And the Geek Squad here didnt try to nickel and dime me like other locations with less than friendly staff. Leo helped me pick out the SSD and was really patient with me and didnt try to rush me into any buy which I really appreciated and ultimately, I ended up spending a bit more because of this and was happy to do it. Great guys, 5 stars!
