Ms. Dominic is the best literally. She help me step-by-step on what to do to help me get my card and account situation fixed and corrected. She was there with me every step of the way even with attaching my new account to my current card I really appreciate her service her kind heart and her helping hands. I would definitely recommend staying or keeping Dominic there in the business.

The staff at Ace check cashing place was amazing. I spoke to a young loving young lady on 9/16/2021 on Georgia Ave. she was a saint. I had a good and professional response from her. She was professional courteous awesome really she referred me to the Florida Avenue location and Joyce was a saint as well I had such a great experience with ace check-cashing I would recommend anyone to go to those two locations the staff that were great so if you come to Florida Avenue you come and see Joyce if she’s working and if you go to the one on Georgia Avenue I don’t remember her name but a beautiful girl professional very sweet thank you ladies I appreciate all of your help

This Ace Cash Express has been extremely helpful and very responsive towards the issue I was having. Joyce made my day today after another location entered the wrong info which resulted in my not being able to cash my money order. This is my new check cashing location!!!

Should be a better way for your company and your bank to link up more easier for your checkt to start going to your Banks that process has to be more easier. I have been unemployed for 8 months -- 2 of my bank accounts were closed by them. I wish there were more Netspend reload locations. ACE Cash Express never lets me down.

Because it works with out a lot of hoop la and they are fast and willing to trust you when no one else will I mean they charge for it but it is still nice to be trusted even when you Id situation my be a little shake

An evil business model, meant to take advantage of the poorest members of society to provide vastly overpriced financial services to keep them poor to ensure they keep them coming in. There should absolutely be a law or better alternative to every single service this place offers. Shame/10

This place is the worst after watching this woman deny 2 other peoples checks i then waited 30 mins of the woman trying to verify my check which was clearly real...she still wouldnt verify it even after i gave the woman the business number and she called and spoke with my boss..there methods dont make sense and they lose a lot of money for all this extra bs they have to do to verify a check.

Have better CSRs.

Too many obstacles to cash a check, uninformed patrons of cash checking process, locations in inner cities Baltimore and DC, always unpleasant, flippant and unhelpful. Not coming here anymore.
