Employer just switched to this Rx company. Have had nothing but issues from day 1. Could not be found in the system. Then called help line and persons dog was barking in the background the entire time. Information I was provided was not accurate thus slowing down my care.

Very shady pharmaceutical business.Prescription insurance company which also owns its own pharmacy .They misuse drug copay cards from the drug manufacturer, by useing the funds meant to pay copays and drain these funds for their cost instead of the patients.

Worst prescription drug coverage ever!!!
