I just received a hair cut not even an hour ago. I was so disappointed in the haircut that for the first time ever I am writing a review, ever. The woman who worked on my hair, I can’t remember her name, started out very professional before butchering my hair. It all went downhill as soon as she pulled out the clippers. She asked me which way do you usually put it, I told her long on top and a medium on the sides, but what I was left with is a terrible buzz cut. 1 Star isn’t enough

I have had Meghan cut my hair numerous times at your shop in Upper St. Clair (I live a mile from there). So, I drove down to your Trinity Point shop for the first time Wednesday. She is the BEST. I love the way she cuts my hair. So, Ive found the perfect hair cutter for me. Dont let her get away.

I will never let anyone but Morgan cut my hair from now on. All I have to do is sit down and let her work her magic. She suggested my hair would look nice long and she was right. Every cut is better than the last. Also, she has a kind and amazing soul and you can see the passion in her eyes to make sure you leave your best. I just wish my hair would grow faster so I can spend more time in her chair.

Barber was closed, desperately needed hair cut. Never ventured inside a Sports Clips, because Im not fan of most major sports. Honestly glad I walked in. My stylist was phenomenal, and Im going back again.

Alayna (i believe that was her name) was very friendly! She gave my son exactly what we wanted! He has his senior pics next week and we are very pleased with her service and will definitely be back to sport clips!

I decided to get my hair cut today.. when I went in they said they refuse to cut my hair bc I did not have a mask on... I explained I had a medical condition and that I did not need to wear a mask as stated by the state and constitution of the United States... then they asked me to leave... I will not be going to this sports clips any longer and I recommend you don’t go as well. This is the United States of America and the fact that my rights are being violated by this company shows that this hair chain dose not care about Americans rights or the constitution. What has our county come to... sports clips is a communist business and I will never support a business that mandates customers wear things that violate the constitution and freedoms of Americans.

The whole overall experience was great. This was my first time at a Sport Clips, and I was pretty impressed.Everyone was friendly as soon as I walked in. The sign in computer was extremely easy to use.The young woman who cut my hair, her name was Jenn, not only did a great job giving me exactly what I wanted in a haircut. But she was very easy to talk to. There wasn’t one moment where I felt awkward.It was just a great time in general. And I will not only come back, but I will recommend, anyone who needs a haircut, stop by this establishment.It wasn’t expensive, I enjoyed the finished product. And it was just a pleasant surprise.

This was my first time at this location. Just ok. Nothing to complain about and nothing to rave about. The stylist that cut my hair did a decent job, she just wasn’t overly friendly though. She wasn’t rude to me or say anything unprofessional. Just not what I’ve come to expect at Sports Clips. I always try and remain curious though. She could have just been having a bad day, not feeling well, or had something more pressing on her mind. I actually over tipped her hoping it would maybe bring a smile to her face. It won’t stop me from stopping back and giving this location another try. If I had the same experience After next time I’ll probably try another location.

I signed up online for a haircut for the first time at sports clips. Best experience I have ever had, everyone was really friendly. My stylist Cheyenne did an amazing job on my hair cut, she took her time and wasn’t trying to rush me through like most places do. Great haircut! Cheyenne was very outgoing and friendly. She did a good job on my haircut and didnt try to set a land speed record to get me out of the chair, as young barbers often do. Very good overall experience!

Great place to get a walk up haircut if you do not want to be bothered by making appointments. I usually make an appointment online just before I go to Sport Clips so I do not have much of a wait. Very friendly staff and you are always greeted when you arrive. Nina is the manager and she is the stylist I go to. She will cut your hair exactly as you wish and she does an excellent job. Very professional and she makes my hair look good for weeks after she cuts it.

Im from SC and Ill have to admit, I kinda felt violated after getting my hair washed by a stranger and even more strange when my trip to the get a quick trim hair cut turned into a full blown massage from such a unfamiliar touch, but would I come back? Yes, yes I would.

The one lady took care of my boys I wish I could remember her name but my son took scissors to his hair and she fixed him right up. Figured I’d get my oldest haircut to and the one girl messed up his hair she is new and younger but when I pointed out his hair was not cut straight she got an attitude and took the scissors eagerly across his forehead . I said no u made it worse and was nice about it, she looked at me and was giving me dirty look so I asked the same girl who did my sons hair if she could fix his hair too than and she kindly did a great job mean while the younger girl was giving me looks the whole time. I wish I remembered the lady’s name that fixed their hair but I do know she is pregnant and due in October with a boy, and she did an amazing job with both my boys after a bad hair cut . I would not recommend the younger girl who did not care that she was doing a terrible job.

I had a great experience! Im a regular at Sports Clips but it was my first time at this location. I travel a lot and Im hesitant to visit them on the road and have someone new cut my hair. Plus Im an introvert by nature. Morgan did a fantastic job and she pulled me out of my shell. She was professional, polite and friendly!

This was my very first time at this franchise. The wait was pretty long due to lack of staff, which I completely understand. My haircut was great, and I was upgraded to the MVP from Varsity because it was my first time. That hot towel was amazing.

Online booking is the way to go...this store is always busy and the girls there bust their butts to accommodate everyone. They always do a great job on my boys’ hair.

The stylist kinda gave off a negative vibe. Made for a bad experience. She asked how I wanted my haircut and never said anything else. Didn’t even ask if I liked my haircut. But all the other stylist seemed to be very happy and talkative with their customers.

My visit wasnt neccesarily a bad visit, check in was fine and the store was clean. The staff was very polite and professional. I get a military flat top cut and when I called to see if they were able to do the cut was informed that yes anyone would be able to take care of my needs. The first 2 young ladies had never done one and 1 employee had done one but said she wasnt comfortable to try on that day. However the stylist that said she could do it did a great job I was getting ready for a military ball my normal barber was not available forcing me to look elsewhere. I can say that I would go back to this stylist again.

I took my two boys (a 4 yr old and a 2 yr old) into Sports Clips for the first time after a few subpar experiences at a childrens hair salon. Both boys were a bit apprehensive, but Allyson came up and greeted them, talked to them the whole time, and was so gentle and patient with them. They both calmed right down, were able to sit still and get great big boy hair cuts! We are very appreciative of Allysons care for our kids and taking the time to make them feel safe and also giving them great hair cuts, especially being little kids that are hard to get to sit for more than 5 minutes!We will certainly be back when its time for another cut.Thanks again Allyson!

Went to get a fade fixed from a previous haircut and was extremely happy with the staff and the professionalism of the Morgan if I lived in the area I would certainly be a repeat customer.

I travel the country for work, so Im constantly getting my haircut in a different city / state. I came into this sports clips on a Saturday so it was busy busy, but you would never have even known it. All those girls were on point, not phased or flustered one bit, moved with efficiency, all while utilizing the utmost customer service. Caitlin cut my hair, she did a great job!!!Thats a clear sign of GREAT LEADERSHIP. So whos ever running the show there... CHANGE NOTHING!!

My check in time was for 12 got there 10 minutes early took me right in even during this crazy time. Meghan was great and did an awesome cut.

My boys love getting their hair cut at Sport Clips!! It’s a little more expensive than your traditional barber shop, but you also get more than you would at a traditional barber shop. I would have given a 5-star rating, but there is one employee there who was pretty ignorant to me regarding the sign in process.

Worst service ever, waited 54 minutes get a message while i am sitting there saying Im 10 minutes out screen says on deck, then it changes to 30 more minutes. Great stylists, owner is worried about money and not staffing his store properly

Ive been taking my son for a few years. If it wasnt for Kate, we would never have returned. The staff has always been cold and borderline ignorant. They dont listen to the customers and barely speak to them. He saw the same girl twice and she had to shave his head because she screwed it up so bad. Kate was amazing and did an excellent job. She truly listened to my son and did exactly what he wanted. When I recently asked where she went, we were treated very ignorantly. Im happy Kate moved on and well be following and not returning.

The stylist was very nice. She gave a good haircut. The cost was too high $20, and the wait was too long (at least half hour). There should be some way to let the customer know how long of a wait there will be.

I gave a very vague idea of what I was going for and the stylist worked with me and my pickiness in a very respectful manner in which I couldnt even if she was phases by continually checking to see if the length is just right.
