I have consistently had great experiences with the Infiniti service center. While a bit pricy, I feel comfortable that the associates do not try to find problems to charge you for and that all recommended service is actually needed. The service advisor keeps me informed throughout the service.

Very disappointed in the sales and service department here. Purchased my car less than 2 years ago and already have to buy 4 new tires. I’ve been here for 2 services and was never told my tires were in bad shape until now. I also purchased protection on my tires and rims which and I was never told my tires wouldn’t be covered. Definitely going to another dealership from now on and I do not recommend anyone buy or service from this location. I was also completely satisfied when I initially purchased the vehicle. That changed for the worse.

Had my car in about 5 mins after I arrived and installed an oem spoiler for a quote of an hr and a half for labor. Ive had some good experiences until yesterday none the less they are very pricey but it has always been convenient to bring my car in there for service for the reason that i can drop it off they set me up in a Service loaner and call me when the car is ready to be picked up oh yeah and I purchased the vehicle from them also so i called yesterday to schedule a service appointment and drop car off as my schedule is very busy the service advisor being Sergio tells Me that he can not provide me with a loaner because my factory warranty is up is that a joke its called a service loaner for reason if thats the case call it a factory warranty loaner and not to say that I didn’t mention to him that i already brought my vehicles in for service and had been given “service loaners” well my factory warranty was expired and car was being serviced not happy with infiniti of warwick picking and choosing who they would like to please thanks Sergio for not helping on that end i just found that very interesting on top of me being charged for my car to be factory updated with known factory issues not a good job this time infinti of Warwick

I had them look at my roof that was not folding, its convertible. they wanted $4,000 to fix it. when I got my car back, now my battery needs a jump every time to start my car. I dont know what they did to the car but its worse now than when I brought it there.

Service is consistently excellent and price has been very reasonable. Ron from Service always accommodates my schedule and makes it very easy for me to do business with Infiniti of Warwick. My 2009 FX37 has 208K miles and rides better than most new cars that I frequently rent. It may sound like a paid commercial but I trust them as they are fair and get it done right the firs time.
