I always get a great workout here! Owners are friendly and welcoming!

Everyone is super friendly. All the coaches are knowledgeable and train you how to do the workout correctly. I enjoy going because it takes the thinking out of working out. The classes are prepared for you and updated daily on the app so you know what you are going into.

The only reason this rating is 5 stars is because there was no option for 6. My entire family (wife, 15 yr old son, 12 yr old son, 10 yr old son, and even 4 yr old son) does Crossfit at this gym. It has literally changed our lives. Each coach demonstrates professionalism and care for every person. This gym has heart and so do the owners. Alan and Lindsey are the real deal. Keep up the great work b/c you all are greatly appreciated.

Each coach takes you safety into consideration as you go through the class and ensures your arrogance does not lead you to injury. Furthermore the owners are always more than willing to work with you on any concerns or questions you have. Attended “Girls Gone RX” with a few of my athletes. Great staff, great layout, and they had one heck of an event!!! The staff was extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The gym was very neat and clean. I was truly impressed!

Kids Crossfit was really enjoyed by my kids but I wish theyd do it at different times. It wasnt compatible with my schedule.
