This company is just horrible to deal with. We have requested service for our commercial building on many occasions for the replacement of our dumpsters. They leak and the tops are broken meaning we cant close them. Jordan or who ever is in the office says will have someone call you but they never DO!!!!!The driver that came the other day was rude and unprofessional when I asked if we could relocate them to a different location. He complained that he didnt have time and wont ever have time. He said that we have to deal with it. Customer service is a thing of the past with Heartland waste it appears.

We have a large family... which means we go through a lot of trash. Heartland has always been so responsive and helpful in hauling away our big piles. The drives have been super cool to our children. They have been really great about taking big items as well. Overall, we could not be happier. Thanks!

Forgets to pick up my trash each week. Yes, the big green trash can is at the edge of my driveway. I have had to call them 4 weeks now and have them come back out to pick up my trash. Don’t recommend!

Excellent service all the way around!!

I have had this service for YEARS and I have never experienced a single problem. Recycling is easy. When I call the office, a friendly voice answers my questions with as much explanation as I need. The guys on our route are always working quickly and efficiently, but they are always friendly and helpful when I need to talk to them. Other services are probably good, too, but I dont fix what aint broke.

Had a roll off delivered. I filled it and they picked it up. They debited my account. Simple right. Nope, one month later get a bill. Different amount. Checked my account and $260 something had been debited. Now bill is $270 something, with $82 outstanding???? What a joke of an outfit.

Had issues from day one. All the ladies in the office (except Jordan, super sweet) have terrible customer service skills and everything is the customers fault. They aren’t human and never make errors. Didn’t pick us up the first 3 weeks then left bags behind about 7 weeks in. So irritated I canceled service at that point, which wasted even more of my money, on top of not receiving service the first 3 weeks, but I was over it and didn’t care. Back to AAA. Never had issues with them. Should have just stayed with them when we moved. Lesson learned.

This trash company is trash. Three roommates and I have been up to date if not early on our payments and this company has not picked up trash in 3 weeks. They better figure it out soon or I will move on. Getting sick and tired of paying for a service I do not receive!

Every time we moved they took our rented trash can to our new place exactly when we wanted it, the one and only mix up was resolved quickly and professionally, and this morning at 6:45 am when I was running down the driveway with the full trash can as the truck passed I was hopeful they might have seen and would pick it up later, and they did! All around great service!

Service center is singularly unhelpful, removed trash can without permission or even courtesy or a notice. Calls either not returned or returned without bothering to get answers to questions from previous calls. Company seems very set in their ways and as such does not see the need to adapt to or work with customers as has become standard across most industries. Has the general feel of a company that has lacked serious competition and as such has begun to expect everything to adapt to them instead of attempting to adapt to the market. Region should have a comparable company move in, this will cause both companies to begin growing and adapting in a more dynamic healthy way.

If it was possible to give no stars I would. I have been a customer for 6 yrs, well finally tired of trash not being picked up on scheduled days or not all trash taken. They simply are the worst trash removal company out there switching to AAA. Don’t believe the fake 5 star posts that are obviously employees or family members posting these 5 star ratings.

Renting a 20 yrd dumpster ---- Jordyn was delight to talk with ---- courteous, friendly ---- was net re the info I needed - but was thorough ---- any company conducting business by phone needs a Jordyn.

I know an employee,Michael, and when he talks about the people he serves he has a smile on his face for the joy you bring him with your kindness and respect and then baking the goodies and treats and a card saying you appreciate the good work.What a wonderful community relationship is shared here. leaves me full with joy and proud to be a witness of your blessed community and good works with Heartland.

Ever since I moved to Warrensburg one year ago, I have had nothing but excellent service with my weekly pickup. The few times I have called the office, they have always been polite and very helpful.

Trash men broke our personal trash can we purchased and just disposed of the whole thing themselves without notice or anything. Contacted the company numerous times trying to get reimbursed or have a new can brought to us, always get the same answer our supervisor has been notified and will get back to you. We have heard this same excuse for going on 3 weeks now with no answers. No call backs. Nothing. After reading previous reviews when I came here to post mine, figured out that this is not the first time this company has done this to its customers.

Tired of the workers for Heartland and their blant disrespect! Today was a another example our trash container was in the ditch! Sorry boys u will come back get it out! Your employers will have to respond to your lack of skill or your I don’t care attitude! Been pretty happy with Heartland until the last couple months! Sorry not acceptable

Have had there service since January and at least 2 out of 4 times a month if not more I have to call because our trash has not been picked up!! We never take the trash buggy up to our house because our driveway is so long! We haul our trash down to the buggy. When I call about it there is always an excuse by the driver!! He tries telling them it wasnt down the end of the driveway! Umm no its always down there! He has thrown the trash buggy in ditch where it possibly could have gotten hit! Someone always has to come back and get the trash! Last week the driver wants it by our mail box which is directly across our driveway from where it sits! Says he doesnt want to walk in the mud! Umm theres mud by the mailbox too! I am looking for a new trash service! I dont have time to Moro manage the trash man! There are people that want to work so if he cant do his job find someone who will!!!

Haven’t had my trash picked up in 2 weeks. Trash was picked up initially when I started service in September but now things have changed. I don’t understand it.

Horrible experience every time! They come way earlier then business hours some weeks making it impossible to get your trash out there. Three times this month mine hasnt been picked up. 7 weeks in a row my trash can has been thrown on the ground and has breaks in it now. The lady I talk to on the phone is rather rude and doesnt act like she cares much. Considering getting rid of service altogether..

Customer service is awful! Took a trash can off our property that wasnt theirs and refuse to bring it back. Lady in the office never returned my call on the matter. Paid for a rolling cart for who knows how long and asked for a reimbursement since they took the wrong cart (which I wasnt going to ask for). All I get is a supervisor will call. Probably wont ever get that call either! Such a joke for a company! CUSTOMERS COME FIRST! Sorry your attitude sucks!

Very discourteous, unreliable pickup didn’t come when promised, trash stayed at curb for two additional days

Drivers are courteous, but the office staff doesnt seem to give a hoot; they seem to want to get off the phone ASAP.

This company is very reliable and they are very nice people .

Sent me a letter saying they were going to send me to collections. Problem I had moved and wanted to keep their service but they denied it because I wasnt in their area any more....but yet they are sending me to collections?
