Took my laptop in to get a screen and casing replaced. Within a few days, it was done and as good as new. It runs and opportunities the way it is suppose to. Highly recommend PCMR if you want quality tech work as well as quick turn around!

I brought in my Mac laptop for a virus removal and was very happy with the quick turn-around time and the cost! The gentlemen working provided me updates via phone call and e-mail. I highly recommend!

Asked them to replace disk drive in our ps4 as discs were not playing. They just cleaned it and charged $100. The eject button didnt work when we got home, so we manually eject now. Games work now but DVDs do not. Feel ripped off.

I had brought my Desktop In after I had replaced the PSU and my moniters would not turn on. They emailed me updates with everything they were doing in detail and had my PC diagnosed and fixed within 3 hours and for a cheap price they had it fixed. I highly recommend them.

This place was great! They fixed my computer over 1 night and they didnt charge too much. My only complaint is that you have to carry the computer up a flight of stairs, but even that I had no trouble with.

Took our special needs childs tablet in,with small crack in screen asked if they could fix it, was told they probably could, a few days later and 2 phone calls I made to them was told it couldnt be fixed, picked up tablet with more cracks and it is not working at all now, it was working when we took it in.
