My absolute favorite internet service I have ever had! We live in the country. It’s so difficult to receive a quality product consistently. Axion delivers!

Internet is slow. Paying for the 25mbps and getting a max of 5-7mbps. Have called and emailed a few times, but nobody has come out to physically look at the problem.

Tried getting equipment installed 2 times the installer guy didnt arrive the second time because the spot we had designated wasnt high enough but has been measured and is

Ive called and asked to have a rep visit to see about service. No response. A recommended Axion to a friend ( embarassing!!) She called and they never reached back out to her either. If youre too busy or whatever, just say so and Ill move on to the next vendor.

Installation was fast and the people are really friendly. The service is great.

These guys have always taken really good care of my business technology needs. I usually call or text one of the techs, and they come out later the same day. Very pleased with their work.

Above and beyond with installation on cold, windy winter days. When the normal dish wasnt working Jeremiah suggested an alternative dish and location on the roof. Bottom line is very very happy with multiple users in the family sharing one system. Great system with even better folks at Axion.

Updated review: I really like the concept of this company, but things have changed since we first started using Axion. We were happy and speeds were fast! Now we dont have a connection any time the weather is poor, which has been a lot lately (if its cloudy, rains, or snows). It seems to take awhile for the internet to recover from those conditions as well. If it rains early in the day- we expect to be without internet until at least the next day, if not longer. Everyone was very responsive in the beginning, but now it takes me messaging several times before I get a response. We have also gone back to watching DVDs much more frequently or playing games that dont require an internet connection, since it fails often. We make sure to turn our WiFi off any devices that arent being used, so it doesnt take away from the device that we are needing internet on. I would love to have 5 devices connected at time, but that isnt possible at this point.I do appreciate Axion when we have nice weather. I just wish it was more reliable. I shouldnt have to cross my fingers that itll be nice outside so I can work from home with a reliable connection.

Since we have switched from our phone based internet provider, we have realized how upset we were everyday trying to gain access to the internet watch movies unsuccessfully for so long! We are so thankful that we switched to Axion! They were quick to come out and give us an answer as to if we would be a good candidate for there internet service. They installed the same day and we have been enjoying great service ever since. Living in a small town, can be difficult when trying to receive internet, cable, and other services that you take for granted living in a larger town or city. We cannot say enough good about Axion. If youre thinking about changing, or have had problems with your previous provider, give them a try, were glad we did! We did have a problem once after hours. We emailed them as was suggested by them, and they had it fixed in a matter of no time. And they even called us back to ask us if it was working! We are located in a particularly hard place to get any decent internet speed. Satellite was not a viable option. The only other service we had was giving us internet literally at the old dial up speed. Due to our location this might have been Axions most complicated install but they came out and worked with us until the set up worked. And it does work quite well. We consistently have the speed we need. They stay in good communication with us in case we have any problems and are always quick to fix the few times we have had them. Very satisfied with their overall service and professionalism.

I recently switched from Satellite internet to Axion unlimited internet and could not be more happy! The professionalism of this company is superb! They offer unlimited service and I can now get netflix as I couldnt with Satellite internet do to the monthly limit that they put on customers.
