We brought our truck here with four new tires and rims. All we asked was for them to switch the tires. We noticed after driving it about 10 miles it was making an awful knocking noice. My husband was walking by and happened to look down and the lug nuts were able to turn with his bare hands!! Both front tires were not tightened and a back tire was missing 1..... we are a family of four including two children, this could have ended very very badly!!

There was low pressure alert on my dash board so I came here to check, they checked everything and there was no punctured on my tired. But they checked my sensor, balanced tire pressure but DID NOT CHARGE ANYTHING! because there was no actual repair. They have great business mindset. Will definitely come back here if there is any problem on my car!!

Twins was exceptional from start to finish. I had a pretty big bolt stuck in my Rear passenger tire, they were able to remove, fix and have me back on the road in less than 30 minutes. The technician was personable and I will be giving them my business in the future. Stay positive, test negative!

Extremely backed up. I called asking if they had a tire in stock their employees were rude trying to talk over me and eventually after being transferred I Was told a price over the phone which was $150 for 1 tire. Then when I walked in they told me I would have to wait for them to receive a phone call to find out if one was in stock. They dont even stock their own tires which would explain the fact why 10 cars are just parked waiting to be worked on. I ended up going to City Tire in Clinton township located on 15 mile road and got 2 tires for the price they were trying to sell 1 tire for to me. Very unprofessional and sloppy business IMO

Never Again. Went In For 1 Thing Next Thing I Know I Have 5 Different Things. Kept My Car For 4Days Just For Strut. Had To Miss Work Due To Misleading Times And Dates Of Completions. Just A Unnecessary Headache And Super Expensive. Never AGAIN .. Oh & I Still DONT HVAE MY CAR . Smh

I got a car wash today at the attached car wash (not the coin one). Paid $12 for all the extra stuff. Not only did they do a TERRIBLE job, but they BROKE MY TAIL LIGHT. They didnt do my tires (which I paid for) and now I have to replace an entire tail light. Smmfh. Dont go here.

Got an alignment, said itd be done within two hours and it was. Very cool and respectful despite me being all needy for questions. Saw them interact with other customers and they were prompt and respectful. Would definitely go again.

The service is always great even during the current times, Ive watched them handle customer service issues accordingly. If something is not right, they make sure they see to it that it is. I like this place! Have used them a few times when buying tires online. They are an installer for TireBuyer. You got a great price for installation, prompt service, and attention to detail. And I was able to have the tires shipped directly to him and make an appointment to come in for service.

I got a tire from them and when something went wrong with the tire they replaced it with a brand new tire. They also replaced all my lug nuts for free do to the fact 1 was striped from other people trying to get my tire off. I was also getting an alignment & because I needed other repairs they didnt charge me for the hoist fee & they are going to fix & align my car cost. Everyone there are very friendly & very very helpful & they explain whats going on with your vehicle while they are working on it. They are now my new to go place for whatever I need done with my car. Ill be referring all my friends & family to them

These guys are professional and mean business. I had RH &LH Stabilizing bar links, RH & LH Inner and Outer tie rods, upper and lower control arms, and upper and lower ball joints replaced. They allowed me to purchase my own parts. All I had to pay for was labor. All together, I paid under $1,500 for a job that Firestone, Belle Tire, or Discount Tire wouldve charged 3 or maybe even 4 times the price for. My car drives and handles better than it did when I first purchased it. They definitely need more than 5 stars.

Always come to twins for service but i just brought in an 08 vue for wheel bearings and left with new wheel bearings, pads, rotors and a tire rotation. The price was unbeatable. About the price of just replacing wheel bearings!. I recommend and ill always come back to twins. Jay and his guys will take care of you!

Poor service...was waiting and waiting to be served 8:30 I was there.

Totally disappointed..! I bought two used tires from them with $50 each. After a week later I found out one of them has leak on it. Then I went to the shop to change the tire. They enthusiastically changed my tire. I thought they gonna fix it.. but guess what they gave me a different one with less thread. Now this one has gone. Be careful whenever they are changing the tire. Check before you leave.

Ordered 4 new tires from tirerack to get installed at Twins. Went in Saturday AM for the installation, waited about an hour for them to finish the installation, paid, then left. Pretty quick and cheap.However, after a few hours I noticed one of my tires was leaking, so I drove back and they said it was a leak in my TPM, which they said they fixed. A few hours later I noticed my tire was losing air again, but it was after hours. Online hours said they are open at 10am on Sunday, so I showed up at 10am, waited for 15 minutes and the store never opened. Tried calling and nobody answered. There was another customer equally confused in the parking lot.Ended up waiting until Monday and, frustrated with Twins, I took my car to Belle Tire to have them look at it. Belle Tire informed me that a can of fix-a-flat was used to try to repair the leak before (on my brand new tire) and they were able to scrape it out and fix the rim leak and Ive since had no issues.Overall, cost was low and I didnt wait too long, but it was a pretty frustrating experience and definitely not issue-free. I would not be a return customer.

Spoke with the manager/owner Jay, and he gave me a quote for a new set of tires, price came out to be lower than Costco for the exact same Goodyear set. I made an appointment came in and was out in about an hour. I even got a wheel alignment because the shop charges 50 bucks for alignment. For the service and the price couldnt beat these guys.

I didnt have to wait too long and I got a good used tire deal paid less than I usually do. Place was near my home had to drive a flat too the shop and was serviced

For used tires, they cant be beat. Better tread than the competitors and awesome customer service. They are a full service location too. They fixed my wifes front ebbs last year, have a car wash next door and all of their facilities were recently renovated.

On my first visit, tires were filled to 57PSI, exceeding the max pressure of my brand new tires. Second visit they over torqued 1 lug on each tire and I broke two half inch drives trying to get them off. Won’t be going back.

Very professional & very busy so it has to be good if busy like that. Parking can be an issue sometimes though you need to go in the back of their car wash.

The guys there were very nice and polite. We got there right before closing and they took care of our a flat tire even though they were ready to go.

After surprising our son at his performance in Detroit, we popped one of our hard to find car tires. We called pretty much everyone in Detroit on this Sunday morning into the afternoon.
