HE’S A SCAMMER! Messages may not be in order, but here’s the proof

CAUTION: don’t use this tree service. If they fool you with good pricing, it’s because they plan to reschedule 46829382 times and then not finish the job and block you so you can’t demand the rest of your services be completed. This guy is a huge joke. IF you choose to use him, DO NOT pay a dime until all services are rendered. Guess the joke is on me. I would be happy to share screenshots of our exchange if anyone is interested. He claims he “can’t finish the job for $80” but it was never discussed that the bushes were $80. We had a full quote of $750 for a tree removal, tree trimming and Bushes removed from front of the house. He asked for all payment except $80, then claims he isn’t willing to do the bushes for only $80.... how does that make sense?! We agreed on a total price.

We had a large tree branch fall onto our house. It was too large to risk not hiring a professional to safely remove it without causing more damage. Tree Anatomy service was fairly priced, responsive and fast. They called back the same day, came out the next day and had it removed in an hour. Other companies still havent returned our call. We are now stress free with minimal home damage. Thank you Trees Anatomy Service!

Reviewers, please go to his new business name, Anatomy Tree Service in Google Reviews. He just lied to my mother and I about getting a 55 feet spider lift to cut her tree down. He had the 55 feet spider all this time, and never came back to finished the job. I would not recommend this scammer to anyone. Please read the reviews on Yelp, Google, Facebook, and others before calling him.

The owner Nate came immediately after I called his business is only 250 ft from my house. He was pleasant knowledgeable and helpful. Lets find out how the work goes

Got some work done a couple days ago and I can say Im very pleased with the service. They came on time and did everything we discussed and even trimmed a couple of things extra for me. Would highly recommend. And would even use them again for the front of my house. thanks again Nate.

Saturday night I contacted Tree Anatomy LLC to get an estimate, they replied quickly, with a date for Wednesday at 10am,he texted on today (Monday) asking if today works with me? He showed up shortly after the text, told him what I wanted- we agreed on a price and the work to be done- in a matter minutes he was on the roof trimming up the Mulberry Tree, and trimming it back didnt take long and the job was done my only disappointment was they left so much brush on our driveway and didnt clean it up, I will call them back however, I will ask them to clean up the driveway next time-

Very Unprofessional, called before getting to the house and said they wanted 2 checks, one for a deposit and one post dated for the next day?? I did not pay them the full amount thank god!!! And one check only!Got to our house with a 12 foot ladder for a 50 foot tree?? Trimmed a couple branches and said they would be back in a couple days never called to reschedule, still waiting. We ask for proof of insurance, bonding, still waiting over a week later to see it. Save yourself and don’t call them! They are SCAMMERS!

I found Tree Anatomy on the neighborhood app. They said they were reasonable so i contacted them. I needed them to remove some tree trunks and branches and dig out some stumps. They quoted me a price and said I had to pay half up front. I paid half. They worked for a couple hours removing 1/4 of the branches and then left. I gave them cold waters, sodas, towels to wipe the sweat from their faces and even told them they could jump in the pool if they got too hot. He said they would be back the next morning to finish the job but never showed. Spent two weeks getting the run around. He kept saying don’t worry hun we will be there but there was always an excuse. My trucks broke, my guy got sick, you name it I got the excuse. I finally told them just forget about the stumps please just come get the rest of the branches I already paid you for. He said it would be another $300 to have him get the rest. I told him i already paid him half and that he didn’t even do 1/4 of the work he said he would. I told him he quoted me a price and I already paid half but he argued with me. The job I hired him to do he didn’t do. He never showed back up. It was horrible. I still had a ton of branches and tree trunks in my yard. I paid for a service he didn’t provide. Horrible company. Don’t make the same mistake I did!!! Lesson learned for me but I just don’t want them to screw anyone else over!!!! I was willing to pay the price he quoted me but he kept asking for more money. He said he always under bids and that he needs to stop doing that and if I wanted my job finished it would be $800 more. The whole 2.5 week interaction was terrible.

I am thoroughly impressed with the work that Nate did today. Trees Anatomy LLC is the ONLY tree service I will use in the future. I will tell all my folks about the great work your company did today. Your service was responsive and professional!!! Complete 5 stars from a very satisfied customer

BEWARE!!! SCAM SCAM!!!!! Only did part of the job and promised to come back and finish after and left a big pile for us to clean up. I already PAID IN FULL! It was a complete SCAM! Never cane back to finish said Friday never came, then Saturday was scheduled supposedly truck issues, for sure Sunday Nathan promised all for a NO SHOW again. Also damaged my gutter. Save yourself and go with a reputable Co!!!!

They did great work, were very nice and courteous, BUT DO NOT PAY THEM IN FULL UNTIL THE WORK IS 100 PERCENT COMPLETE! I learned my lesson the hard way. They trimmed several trees and promised me they would be back to get them, it’s been over a month. Still waiting after SEVERAL conversations with them. Excuses, excuses....

Stole our deposit money.He has now changed his name to Nathen Hanford. He gave us a low quote of $1000 to remove the maple tree in the front yard and $350 to trim the cottonwood in the back so that it does not overhang the roof and to give more son in the yard.He told us he needed a $500 deposit and he would finish the job the next day. He did not come the next day, nor the next. He came 1 week later and said he was going to finish the job 100%. He trimmed the branches of the cottonwood away from the roof, but did not cut enough to add more sun to the yard. He said he could not do the maple as it was too big a job. I told him that if he could not honor his quote to give us a refund of the deposit, but he refused. He said it was $300 for the trim + $200 for the service call.Also - just today, he changed the name of his company from TreeAnatomy LLC to Flip Tree Service. His company was never an LLC.

I hired them to remove a tree, they charged me a $250 deposit.The owner, Nathan told me he needed to have DTE remove a power line in order to complete the job because he didnt have the ability to do it without (this is after I asked about it during the estimate and was told it was not going to be a problem. Hearing that now it couldnt be done, I said I was going to call to try to have it done immediately, when I walked inside he and his assistant left without finding out if DTE was coming.Once I realized he left, I went outside and found limbs hanging from the power lines that were left for me to remove, logs on top of my garage that were left, a tree limb in my neighbors yard that I had to deal with, and to add insult to injury, my bench in my back yard was broken, not a big deal but if you break something during a job, you have the decency to let them know.After seeing the way my yard was left I had no desire to have this company back to my house and suggested he return half my deposit, giving him $125 for the half hour he was at my house causing more work for me, which I feel was more than generous considering he cost me hours of work that should have been handled by him and of course was not.After I suggested this I was told he did $250 worth of work, which I personally dont agree with but I dont do tree removal and accept that I dont know the pricing.I would not recommend this company to anybody that wants a job done right. I currently have a reputable company doing a fantastic job removing the tree. And the crazy part is, DTE never had to come out to disconnect power lines.Seems to me that they were just in a hurry to move on to the next job, or this company really doesnt have the expertise they claim to have, if they couldnt remove a tree because of one line.

Had Nate and his crew out today to take down a very large pine tree they did a amazing job there crew members where very polite I will be using them for all my tree needs thanks.

These guys came to my home to trim some trees and they gave me the best price ever I gotten 3 bids for 900$ they worked with me 550$ very motivated guys thanks Nate.

Horrible company. Pay the extra and get someone else. They outbid everyone to get the job and then after they cut the tree they tell u that they didn’t price out the job well and need extra money to finish. I didn’t agree to the extra and they never came back.Please I called many companies and I wish I made more for the other company so I didn’t have to go through the hassle. CALL SOMEONE ELSE AND PAY A BIT MORE. horrible people and company

CROOKS. Stay the heck away from these people. They robbed me of 350$ after telling me they would cut 3 trees down at our business, quoted me 700 and asked for half as down payment, then proceeded to ignore all my phone calls until eventually blocking me. Ive reported them to the BBB. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND DONT BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU.

They promised a date and never showed after the first day which they were many hours late for.They lowballed the price to get the job and then said it was bigger than they thought, even though i kept telling Michael Hanford that fact. They blocked my number because i complained. Call another company and save yourself grief.

I called these guys and asked for a estimate they said I can come today I’ve gotten estimates from tree company’s but never same day estimate they are very professional and I told them I was on low income they said well we can work with you on the price they said also we do payment plans very awesome crew members I will be using them everytime I need work done good job Nathan for the best service I have experienced.😀

This company is a scam. They took 500.00 for down payment to get a dumpster to cut the tree that we agreed on. As soon as they took the money. They vanished
