Jenny and her team were great to work with. They communicated well, on time and reasonable. It was a big job that involved cutting around fences which was no problem for them. They cut trees, removed the brush and and ground several stumps. Highly recommend

The price was great! However the service was lacking. I had a large tree trimmed in my backyard and 2 trees removed and the stumps ground down.The large tree in the back still has several dead branches that were not removed after they were done.The clean up was ok at best. I had purchased Gatorade for the crew and ended up picking up the empty bottles, as well as tons of branches etc.They also removed a cable line from the house to allow for better trimming. I even asked about it and they said they would reattach it when done. After they left, I saw it on the ground in the driveway. I text the owner about it and she said shed ask about it. No response. I sent another text the following day with a picture asking for someone to reattach it. No response. A few days later I called the owner, who at first didnt remember my house, but then said it was an extra cable line and wasnt needed. So it is still sitting in the driveway because I have no way of getting up to the cable box on the phone pole. Before she got off the phone, she asked me to write a Google review. Seriously???The owner also likes to add extra services as they go, to increase the price. She did get permission to do the services prior to doing them, but be ready for them.

Jenny is so professional and quick to respond. They came out to remove a tree and did a fantastic job. They cleaned the property and blew all debris away as if there was never a tree there. I will definitely be using them again.

We called for an estimate, they scheduled and said theyd be out the following Monday at 5pm. Monday comes, and no call no show, so we call at 5:20 to leave a message asking if they were just running behind or what. We didnt recieve a phone all back till the following mid morning and when they called back, its as if they didnt even listen to the voicemail, as they asked what it was we needed. We informed them they were a no call no show and they apologized and said someone would be out Wednesday at 6pm. Well... Wednesday 6pm comes and they were a no call no show again. Absolutely unprofessional the way they handle their business and apparently no call no shows are a big thing after reading all the other reviews.

Jenny was fantastic. You can tell she loves what she does and her guys are quick and efficient. Cleaned up after themselves and even offered me options for keeping the wood for bonfires! Recommended her to like 3 people now!

Called the owner Jennie out talked about the job and what we wanted done she agreed to do the job said it will be at least 2 to 3 weeks no show call her back she says o Im sorry I lost my paperwork then it was my book got all wet so finally week 4 or 5 she says well be there wensday shows up Tuesday and cuts down about 8little branches not even a face core of wood and says there done leaving the leads we talked about hanging over the garage and house so no I would not use this band of bullshiters again and no I do not recommend calling her and it definitely was not professional at all find someone else if you know whats good for ya and want it done right.

Jennys crew did an amazing job removing a huge Silver Maple from our back yard right along the power lines. Her price was great and so was the clean-up job. Highly recommend. Thanks again Jenny!

This small business is one that I would use again and highly recommend. Jenny showed up with her team and got to work. My yard looks like it’s been transformed. I planned to do some weeding once I could see them after one of tree/weed was removed... one of of the guys did that for me. I’d say that’s over and above expectations. I just had her crew here and they did an awesome job. Quick, clean, and very reasonably priced. The yard looks so much better. Removed an old tree and trimmed up all the over growth of shrubs and bushes. Consider giving Jennys tree services a call for your yard, well worth it.

We dealt with the owner directly and she gave us a very fair price, hundreds less than other company. Her team came out with all the equipment needed to take down a HUGE dead tree towering over one of our houses. They came out in a timely manner, took down the tree and removed all the debris. Will definitely call her again when I need tree service. Highly recommended!

They are not trustworthy at all. They scheduled twice and they didnt show up. Not loyal to the customer. You shouldnt call them for service and wait all day. I dont recommend them. Really disappointed after they promised a time to show up for twice and didnt show up and later didnt even respond. Literally wasted two days.

City code enforcement had threatened to take me to court to remove tree from my yard I had less than 5 days Jenny not only answered my call when others blaintly ignored my calls but she showed up and due to the close proximity to my house and how dead and dangerous the tree was to even consider to send a climber up she had made the most responsible most honorable decision despite how hard it was for her to pass on the job I respect her and stand behind her decision. She and her climber George went out of their way to find a guy who had the ability to conquer the task and who did it for the same awesome fair price. Jenny is an honorable woman just as George is an honorable man further to the point men and women are equals in a world of such diversity

I recommend Jenny’s Tree Service. They are very knowledgeable on tree trimming. I had an umbrella tree that needed to be trimmed underneath. They did an awesome job and the price was reasonable too!

They were respectful while on my property, and I would recommend them!!!Editing my original post.Months later I am so disappointed and upset. Once we removed the wood chips in the fall we realized that parts of the stump were not ground down, so we called right away and she came out to look. Said they would do it in the spring, no worries. Well after weeks of calling in the spring (started in March) and finally getting upset she came out to grind the rest of the stump but guess what she still missed two pieces. I would not mind if it was low enough that we could put some dirt and seed but we can’t do that because we would have a huge lump in our lawn. After being ignored, then getting upset again she finally came out and said she would fix but guess what it is still not fixed and is not going to fix it. Her excuse is she does not have a grinder, can’t get one etc.… DO NOT USE this company, especially if you need a stump ground down. Now I have to get a respectable company out to do what she obviously could not do. Thanks Jenny’s Tree Service for not taking care of a customer that had nothing but support for you. Please do not use this company, she will lie and ignore you when you have a problem. This was nothing we did; it was totally on them – Very sad

Called Jennys about 9:00am on a Saturday to see if I could get some brush chipped and removed. They came out asap and got the job done quickly due to my childs birthday party is on Sunday. The price was affordable and Jenny and her crew was outstanding. Will hire again!

This team did an amazing job. The staff was friendly. The clean up was better than I could have imagined. They took down an absolute monster of a tree @ a very reasonable cost & seemed confident in what they were doing from start to finish!Update:Had some equipment issues the day they came out & could not finish the misc trunk pieces. Had to have saws repaired to finish taking it down fence level as quoted (and already paid for). Was told theyd be here Tuesday this week, 2 days later...and nothing!Update #2:Its now been 3 weeks & nothing! Jenny left a message 3 nights ago & said theyd be here the next day - after numerous unanswered calls/messages I left @ the number listed on Google. No show, again!

The best experience I couldve ever asked for! I am a working single mother and this family took care of me like one of their own. I am a certified arborist for a company thats been in business for over 20yrs. I posted an ad online to try and drum up some side work, and the owner of this tree service belittled me on my post, Called me names, and tried to say I was illegally doing side work in this state (which I was not). Even tho she has never met me personally, never seen any of my work, never talked to any of my customers, never heard anything bad about me in the business, or even spoken with me on any level. She was rude and disrespectful in her comments, all because owners like her hate to see the little guys get any work because we can do it cheaper than her. But with only being in business for 1 yr I guess she has a lot to learn about how to treat other people she my encounter in her career. As arborists, were supposed to help each other and lift others like us up. Not talk down to them and try and sabotage any work they may get. Maybe after she pours 18yrs of her life into the industry, not just 1yr. Shell learn were supposed to look out for one another because you never know when you may need another company to bail you out of a jam. And when you have no clue who you are talking to, you never know who they work for and how much that person could of helped you or will hurt you in the future

Left a card and free estimates paper in my door a week ago. I called them and got no answer, leaving a message still hasnt gotten me a call back in 5 days. Must not want my business THAT bad. Already signed a different company!

Twice we called and left a message...no return calls. Another two times we called and spoke to someone who said they would be out that day to look at our yard. They never showed up either time and didnt call to say they wouldnt be able to make it. I understand this is probably peak business season for this type of work, but you would think they would have the common curiosity to call and say something instead of wasting my husbands time on multiple days. Very unprofessional! And by the way, this was a charity voucher for tree work i won at a raffle...makes it even worse. So what if its donated work, i may have been willing to add money to the free work to get all the work i needed done. Paying or not, common courtesy is obviously not a priority for this company.

Jenny is awesome! Had a poison ivy problem on my tree, she cleaned it up and gave me other tips for a different tree. highly recommend her!
