These doctors have taken care of me my whole adult life. They are so very friendly and personable. They take care of my teeth always on the first visit! I would never go anywhere else.

Dr. Gary Rochlen and his staff are top notch. Since moving to Michigan in 1989, I have never seen another dentist. They always treat me with respect, kindness, and warm friendly smiles. They are very attentive to specific requests and needs. They dont come any better for professional dental care.

Me and my family have been going here for forever. Theyve known me almost my whole life and they make you feel like family. Its always a good experience and everyone is always kind and caring.

The doctors here are experts in their field - always professional, with genuine bedside manner and delivering the highest quality care at each visit. My whole family has been coming here for many years. It well worth the 30+ minute drive to know we are receiving the best possible treatment every time.

I have been using this dental facility for 30+ years. My dental needs are very important to me and I feel the care I have received over the years has been exceptional. They do not overbook, thereby, respecting my time. For the most part, you are in the dental chair at your appointment time. In an emergency they have always worked me in the same day. The staff is very friendly and courteous. I have referred friends and family over the years because I am confident they will receive excellent care and like the friendliness of the staff from the reception area to the dentist.

1st time Ive ever been comfortable at a dentist office & Im 60+. Everyone in the office is polite & very friendly. Every person that touches your mouth are as gentle as possible. If you request, they us gas to keep you comfortable during any drilling or fillings.

I truly feel comfortable at this dentist office, like never before. Dr Rochlen is very gentle & caring. He knows that Im terrified & knows how much gas it takes to make me comfortable. He can always say something to make me laugh, which goes a long way to relaxing me.The hygienists are very gentle. And Ive had many that werent.I would definately recommend this office to anyone, of any age. Great team, including the office staff.

Dr. Rochlen (Michelle) was really great! She did my fillings (first time Ive ever had them) and she not only was quick and efficient...but Id say her methods were pretty painless for me (I had no gas, no numbing). She kept chatting and it kept me focused on her and distracted from the procedure - it was awesome. She checked on me every 30 seconds or so how are you doing, let me know if you need a break and so on. I think the fillings only took a few minutes. So awesome!

I just left an appointment and I feel compelled to share my experience. First of all, I just left a dentist appointment and I feel good, are you kidding me? No I am not. I am so impressed by the quality of service and care that I consistently receive from this office. From the fact that appointments run on-time, to the staff at the front desk, to the assistants, and most of all to the doctors. I find it refreshing to see the most up to date technology available on the market in use at this office. The professionals are awesome. Margareth is the one that deals with my cleaning and she is the best and also very kind person. The ladies on the front desk are super polite and kind people.I would recommend them to all of my friends and colleagues.

Personalized Dentistry continues to be the most pleasant dental experience. When I decided to go to the dentist’s after putting it off for years, I was so scared and nervous. My first time at PD helped calm a lot of fears. The technicians and Dr. Michelle Rochelan are so nice and listen to any concerns you may have. Whatever personal or financial problems you have, the office will always try to accommodate to your situation. I will always recommend Personalized Dentisty; It might just be the best dentist office in the area.

Warm, welcoming & clean waiting room (with shelves of books to borrow), very pleasant reception and office staff, our wonderful hygienist, Margaret and both Doctors Gary & Michelle Rochlen are friendly, professional and are top-notch dentists. Even since moving 50 minutes away, we would not think of changing to a closer dental office. I highly recommend them :)

Very disappointed- I usually dont post reviews but this one I had to. I booked appointment for my husband and myself based on a someones reviews. They did the regular cleaning for me and advised deep cleaning for my husband which we didnt think was necessary. All in all we were given such a big bill a couple months later but we signed a different amount at their office- which they said was just an estimate. After spending so much time back and forth with their office people- we were asked to check with our insurance. There was absolutely no change in our plan or employer. So finally our insurance told (which they didnt want to tell us) - they are not in network with Metlife. Really there are dentists which are not within Metlifes network and they didnt even bother to tell us when they ran our insurance. I wish we would have checked that before visiting their office or they would have given us the correct estimate upfront. Leaving this review just to help others to avoid going to this place if they have Metlife. Others be watchful and check if they are in network as they wont tell you that at all.

My family and I have been going to LRR Dental for more than 12 years. Even when I changed jobs at one point, and they werent on our preferred provider list of our insurance company, we continued to go there - theyre THAT GOOD.Theyre like family and really go the extra mile to make sure were taken care of. While I understand that going to the dentist can be uncomfortable for some people, I can honestly say that you wont have that uncomfortable feeling when going to LRR Dental.If you live in the Metro Detroit area and are looking for a family dentist, I highly recommend giving LRR Dental a try. Very Friendly staff and make the environment very comfortable. The equipment seems a little old and need 18 X-rays for full teeth scan.

Hours of operation are 9 am till 7pm and they opened at 9:45am I called twice to have my xrays sent over to new dentist office and they said they were sending them and never did and now there saying I wasnt a patient when I called back 25 mins later what a bed business if you ask me
