They have been extremely helpful and awesome, they always answer the phones or call back in a timely manor, and are very polite, these people truly jump through hoops to help you find the best place for you to live . ...also was reading other comments they don’t have any employees beamed Destiny 🤷🏻‍♂️

I feel like I was being handed from one person to the next. I went to look at property where no one ever met me so I could see the inside. So I finally went up there, the ladys at the front desk were really nice but still kept referring me to destiny. Destiny was very impatient and rude. She booked a time to show me a house then immediately hung up . You guys just lost out on a customer. I will recommend steel vally homes! With their fast reliable service! Not this company!

Ive rented from them for over 6years and they have been great. Anytime Ive ever needed anything they send someone almost immediately. Definitely the best landlords Ive ever had!

I first heard of funtulis property group word of mouth and this the best landlord i have ever rented from they have been very professional and very timely when you call and need something done especially dealing with george him self who has been nothing but a nice man to me from day one!!

I would NOT recommend Funtulis Property Group to anyone. I had a contract with Funtulis Property Group to handle my property. Due to issues with previous tenants the property needed to be repaired. George Funtulis EXPLICITLY said that it did not matter who worked on the property to repair it, but his group would manage it and help us obtain new tenants. In fact, we gave Funtulis some work to repair the work in the house, but it was not the work he wanted. When we looked into having someone else repair the deck, for which George Funtulis never gave us a price for repairing, George Funtulis went from Dr. Jekyll to Mr. Hyde. Lacking integrity, he broke his contract with me. He then became rude and belligerent on the phone. I strongly suggest finding another property management group. Im sure that you can find a group that will act in integrity and honor their word.

I have rented from funtulis property group for over 8 years they are very good people and take great pride in the properties they manage.Myself and others I know personally have had nothing but good to say about the experience they have had with funtulis property group.

I like George and Funtulis property group because they take good care of their properties and if I have an issue with the house, they respond the same day. Thanks Funtulis!!
