Would give zero stars if possible!! Most unprofessional company I have EVER dealt with. They do not care about anything but money. They are quick to demand but never follow through with their word. Never fix anything. I dont even think their rental properties are properly inspected or fit for habit. I have only been here 5 monthes and have already had to call the city on them 3 times. This place and these people are beyond awful. Theyre not to be trusted... buyers/ renters beware!!!!!!

Their main number seems unmanned. Safe to assume their buyer never got the offer.Buyers do yourself a favor and contact the seller directly if they are the listing agent.

My boyfriend and I found a house in Warren to rent, we went and looked at it and immediately jumped on it. They said there would be a 40$ application fee (which in all rental properties I have seen that includes the background & credit check). We paid the 40$ for the application fee. We then waited a week with no response. We tried calling 3 times and no one picked up the phone. A week goes by and I get a text saying they would send us the screening link, which would be another 40$. They said after they receive the screening results they would send everything to the landlord for review. Once again, we waited over a week to hear anything back. We tried calling and once again no one answers the phone. I finally get a text after waiting over a week, and calling numerous times that someone else had paid the security deposit. Poor communication on their part, and will never be working with them again.

My Realtor was Mohammed Anwar and he was the absolute best. He worked hard to make sure the requirements I presented to him as a first time homebuyer was met. He knew what I wanted so when it came to looking at houses and he made it to a location before me he looked at it and knew if I would like it or not. He made sure that hot water tanks and furnaces where current and he also looked at foundation issues. We bid on 8 house and each offer was denied. I was ready to give up but he was determined to help me find my dream home. If you need a realtor go ask for Mohammed.

As of yesterday, my agent had a verbal agreement with Saumik for a home in Sterling Heights. My agent called when we arrived and it had ZERO offers.I had left two offers, one for them to fix the AC and one if I had to fix the AC. The agent said both were good offers and he would speak with his client.He spoke with his client and called my agent and they had a verbal agreement on the $185,000 for the home, which was sitting for over 80 days.Last night I received a message from my agent after my offer was submitted that they now had two other offers but mine was the highest. He stated to my agent he did not know he was entering into a verbal agreement. Yet earlier in the day they solidified the $185,000 with them fixing the AC for the home on Memphis in Sterling Heights. Apparently now they accepted another offer!Absolutely DO NOT recommend dealing with this group of people.

We were looking to buy a home in Warren and looked into several agents. After some research and asking around we ended up contacting Saumik Amin. Looking back, we are very impressed and grateful we made this decision!During the process of buying our home, we never felt pressured or that we were a burden on him. This is single handedly the worst experience ive ever had renting from a company. I can guarantee all the reviews on here are fake from friends and family of the people who own it. These people are slum lords, will not fix anything (took almost a year to fix a leak in the ceiling) and will keep your security deposit no matter what you do. Absolutely under no circumstance is it worth to rent from this company, no matter how desperate you are or how much you like the house. Just dont do it.

So far i have know idea about their business and place. i was call one of their agent for some real estate metter and helping for buying house, very first time he answer my phone and told about the house . he take info for house and saying i will call you later with all detail . after 1 day i call him, text him than he call me back and said i am busy i will call you later . I rented for around 5 years, in the last two months my lease was transferred to Amin Realty. Three days ago I called in regards to collecting my security deposit. I was told to come by today. After waiting in the lobby for 45 minutes I was told I wouldnt get any portion of the security deposit because the house needed a fresh coat of paint. $900 on paint in a 600 sq ft. house. They also failed to provide an itemized list of deductions on the security deposit. I tried calling them during their normal business hours but I reached an answering service, not the actual office. From my dealings with them, this company doesnt have it together.Run while you can! Do not use them for anything.Edit: The property they told me was sold is still listed by them. Theyll use any excuse to rob hard working people. Also, something to think about, all of their 5 star ratings are by people that have only one review....

Just want to say 1st that this is my first ever review, I had to make a new account just to share what I have been going through.. The name on this account is not the same on the lease so they don’t try do ruin my life any more they already have.. All I need to say is that anyone trying to buy/lease please please avoid this company. They do nothing to repair any issue or they just keep sending the incorrect person for the repair. They don’t listen and just keep coming up with new excuses. I do plan on going to the city and to file a complaint. From what I am told by a city manager there, that they have lots of issues with you guys. Along with the maintenance person who stopped by even said how disorganized you are and how many complaints they get a day is overwhelming. For a company with so many 5 stars something did not seem right for how wrong everything was going. Did a little research and came to find that most of the “good reviews” are just the company making them. Very disheartening they want to lie and deceive hard working people.. Awful service. Terrible communication. Do not sign any contract with this team. Teams are supposed to work with you not against, unless theyre on the other team. I was truly disappointed when we moved into our rental residence on Marian ave in Warren. Being without heat or consistent hot water going into November 2018 in Michigan is not a good time. We have records of all maintenance calls and messages, we have proof of Amin realty breaking their contract through the entirety of our lease with them. And still they refuse to give us our full security deposit. We as a whole never broke contract and never did anything but be smarter than the con artist of Amin realty. I dont understand how a company can morally treat paying customers the way this company treated us. I know we can persue for losses, but the stress weve already gone through would not be worth the fight. Please! I REPEAT PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Most of the reviews on here are fake and the names of the employees on their website. Lets get the overall ratings below 4.

(reached character limit) Please go to that review 1st before reading this one.. it’s under the same username.All I can say is I could not be happier that our 1 year lease has ended. This is by far the worst experience in my entire life. From the day we moved in we had multiple failed city inspections, we had zero heat for over a week, no hot water for over a month, several broken electrical outlets, broken tiles and mold in the basement, circuit breaker was not to code, broken dishwasher that flooded the kitchen many times, and AC unit did not work. And yes, we still have everything saved from the attempted calls, text, with dates and times saved.Like I said before, read my 1st review. It goes into much greater detail of each issue listed along with how many times we tried calling, texting, and showing up in person..Lastly, when our lease was over we attempted to get our security deposit. In the lease that they signed it stated they have 30 days to give us that money. We ended up texting and calling them many times wondering the status on this. We even have texts saved from them threatening us to take our money away from not giving them notice that out 1 year lease has ended. After the 30 day limit being passed, I showed up in person and saying that I’m filing a report to the city with my attorney. Within a few hours; I get a call saying the owner was “Out of the country” and that’s why they breached their own contract.Well as of today the check was fully deposited into our account. At this point we should take these people to court for what they did to us, but I think as of now the biggest reward is NEVER dealing with this company ever again!! Please please please do not sign a contact with them!

Was discriminated against by syed and his assistant. They swayed me as a black man against moving to hamtramck. And then said they are having open house even though they already leased the property

I highly recommend never using these people. On the day we moved in we had a broken washer, no heat, exposed electrical lines in garage, failed inspection from the city, mold, house was not cleaned, I would say about half of the electrical outlets are broken, and we have to manually light the stove to use it; after an excessive amount of attempts to have just 1 of these things fixed, we are now in talks with my lawyer on our options from just walking away from this house and to possibly start an investigation, since they are in violation of Michigan renters law and won’t fix these issues.. Very sad they have let this get to this point.

So far we bought 13 properties with Saumik Amin. Amin Property Management which is a sister company of Amin Realty is now managing and renting these properties on behalf of Malik Estates LLC. All the fixing and upgrades to these properties was done through Amin Property Management. We highly recommend using Saumiks services.

Awful experience. When I met the owners wife the day if signing i couldnt have been happier with her caring personality, unfortunately she was doing the rental managers job and not something she normally did. Maybe it would have been different had I received someone other than a Management Rep named Nabil.I would never allow such a person to represent my company. Thats giving Amin Realty the benefit of doubt here since he is the only person I dealt with after the initial signing - he is unprofessional, rude, and even lied to a city judge about damage I was constantly asking for repair since the day I moved in. Basement flooded over an inch - 2 inches throughout 3 days after moving in, he claimed there was a small leak from the window that he had a repair man already schedule to come fix. When it rains 3 days later he says he had no idea the basement became a baby pool. Yet 3 1/2 months later, when a basement guy came to give an estimate, he found mold, said its been flooding for a long time, and expressed how unsafe the home is and has been with both the mold and water running down the walls with live wires. He specifically told me that unless I absolutely have to go down there dont, but If I do to wear rubber sole shoes - he also asks me you are paying to live here? Do u have somewhere else to go? Yes and No. I held rent after the continued excuses not to have it fixed immediately and the safety of myself and 3 kids. And that was just one problem. My rent included appliances. My dishwasher was filled with nasty stagnant water that I had to rent a wet vac to clean, my fridge is broke, u can use a corner of the top shelf to keep milk or something food for a couple days. I had an extra fridge I brought that we have in the garage (basement unusable), the garage is not attached, no small entry door, so we had to go outside, walk about 50+ feet to use our Refrigerator!!! And the reason nothing was done immediately? The homeowner, who doesnt speak English, and lives I New York is very poor, so if I dont pay my rent...I get nothing fixed. Stalemate. That small of a man had me served in front of my children, court papers for an eviction and back due rent. Who does that? Again those were just some issues. They had the carpets cleaned right before we moved in, they need to be ripped up! No windows were opened (no screens were provided) and the house 4 months later smells like wer laundry u left in the wash for days that were still dirty. My daughter has a candle lit non stop in her room, an oil burner, and window crackled open. It barely covers the smell and I get a much bigger utility bill each month. The walls were disgusting, marker, crayon, dirt, food, blood maybe? Who knows, they are nasty. Every closet door is broken, one of the bedrooms overhead light has a electrical short that finally just stopped turning on. The pipes under main bath leak onto drop ceiling in basement. Numerous ceiling tiles are gone, including in the kitchen, kitchen faucet is broken. Outside gutters are broke allowing water to pour from them. What did the do for the summer? Oh well, the mosquitos got so bad I had to hire an exterminator, the gutter were also impacted with debris and flies decided to use it as a home. Never in my life have I seen such an infestation of flies EVER, and never mosquitos so bad unless Im north in the woods. I was embarrassed and constantly apologized to my neighbors and why I paid a ridiculous fee for a months treatment and to have the gutters cleaned. And Im told by good ol Nabil that my issues are small complaints, nothing enough to hold rent which will just make things worse. Did I mention he likes to harass me and make small threats such as that. After the pipes were repaired in basement, he also refused to replace the floor that was ripped up and the 2 feet of wall that was ripped out. In court I was able to get out of my lease without eviction and not pay. But the 10 day move that he harassed & threatened throughout forced me to have my children live with their dad until I could find a home for us.

Worst company Ive ever dealt with. Moved my family into an illegal house full of black mold, advertised as a 4 bedroom but only 3 due to no egress window in the basement. They never did anything to fix what was wrong and they took us to court. These types are called slumlords. And they are the worst of the worst. THE Better Business Bureau will hear about your company. Good luck with the rest of your slumlives. Your company is trash and so are you Shuba.I bet theyll take this down too. Because its all true.

Moved into a rental last week on Belleair St and Amin has not hesitated to send someone out every time the very next day to service the house. Very very good property management thus far.

Saumik Amin handled everything wonderfully. I have absolutely no complaints, and have nothing but good things to say about him. He was always extremely prompt to response (with minutes, if not seconds), and always made sure I had all the documents and paperwork ready to go far in advance. he went  out of his way to make everything, even unrelated to his role, as easy as possible for me.11/10. This was a great experience. I WILL call Saumik Amin again

I tried to set up an appointment to view a home, but I was never contacted like promised. Not even sure if this is a legit company. Called about a home and spoke with someone named Shuba. She gave me a 4 hour window time frame that someone would text me to view the home. A time frame...like a cable company. She couldnt even give me an exact time. Just like I expected I was never contacted. I even tried to confirm my appointment in the morning before time, and I could never reach anyone. Im not even sure if those other reviews are real. If this is a real business, theyre very unprofessional.

This is a terrible property management company!I paid almost $3000 down to rent a house under their management that was filthy and needed TONS of work so I held back the second month of rent but paid all the rest so instead of getting the repairs done they take me to court, and didnt even show up.Now they taking me to court again instead of getting the repairs done. They send someone out they look around or do some small little thing and thats it they disappear for a month. They came to install porch railings, they put up the posts and 1 railing and left the rest unfinished and sitting on the porch.I could go on and on but it will take forever.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.
