If I could give a zero star rating I would. Not only are they unprofessional but careless. Peoples mental health is not at the convenience of others. I had an appointment today scheduled for 8:30 in the morning with Corrien, And because she could not arrive to work on time my appointment was canceled and nobody informed me. Absolutely unacceptable.
