The receptionist is so rude .. the staff treat you like your bums..They have no respect for the clients who pay their bills.. No respect for clients who really have mental problems.. Im not a client but, im the mother who takes my daughther there 3 days a week to be abused verbal and told to sit. This place give everyone the same medicine and group 3 days a week.. The information in group is helpful. The meds. Help! The staff and receptionist need to learn some bedside manner!!

Ive tried reaching out for help with my recovery. And after a drug screen on Monday, I had to wait a week and get blood work. Just to be hung up on twice when I called about seeking help!

I was with this facility for about 6-7 months never missed an appointment or fail any test they gave me followed the program to a T. One day I over heard a supervisor talking aloud about all my personal information when I was in a back room. When I questioned her about talking aloud about my personal information she acted like it was no big deal then tried denying it was said then when I told her two other patience just told me all my personal information you just said. She tells me what does it matter your all on the same medication. Of course as a result of this the same day my quanity was dramitcallyy change becuase I voiced my opinion. If you question anything they say or do your treated very unfairly as if you not even a person. When the last 3 good employees left Sam Kayli and megan Travco went down hill very fast. Thankful for what little bit they did help but I can honestly say the bad by far outways the good.

All of the counselors are womderful. Amazing receptionist Savanna is so helpful. So thankful for this place. They helped me get my life back!

Excellent service at this place ive been 27 weeks clean to day with out their help i would be dead or in jail
