Kevin and Sean were pleasant and very professional. They gave me a quote, explained how they came up with it, and it was reasonable for the amount and type of junk I had. Only slightly higher than a dumpster rent but it was done quickly and I didnt have to lift a thing. It was all cleared out in an orderly and timely manner. Highly recommend this company. First rate!

Ben and Ray called ahead and were here when scheduled. They are two of the nicest guys. They worked very hard removing some very large,heavy pieces of furniture from various sections of our house. They worked quickly and efficiently. It is amazing how much they were able to fit in one truck. We will definitely be using this service again. So much better than renting a dumpster and having to load it ourselves.

During the most stressful time in my life I called express, I called for a quote and very much overestimated what I had because it had to be gone that day, which I told them. They said it would be no problem and early enough in the day that it would all be gone. First, they took the couch which was sticking halfway out of the truck from the start. They obviously werent able to fit much more than that & charged me over $500 to remove less than half of what I had. Gave me BS about coming back another day, sometimes everything doesnt fit etc. Terrible experience, made the most stressful day of my life even moreso. Ended up calling junk jeeves & thankfully they were able to remove everything for half the price. Also I found out this is a common type of business practice for express, could almost consider it a scam.

Searched around for a junk removal company that serviced Streetsboro, Ohio as I have purchased a new couch and recliner, and needed a fairly large sectional removed to make room. The first company I called said they did on their website, but when I called they said no. I found Express Junk Removal whose primary area is the Warren/Youngstown, but they had just expanded to a location in Twinsburg as well. I called them and was able to schedule an appointment to remove the old sectional couch. They were willing to come out the next day, but I scheduled for a couple weeks out, the day before the new furniture was set to be delivered. I was given a 2 hour window between 8 and 10 AM. The day before I received a confirmation email and text. Today, I received a call at 8:40 from the crew saying they would arrive in 20 minutes. They arrived at 9:00 on the dot. Solomon and Dylan were friendly, quick, and efficient. They wore booties over their boots while inside the house, provided a quick quote based on the volume in their truck the couch would take, and were receptive to the routes through the house I suggested based on the experience moving the couch in in the first place. The whole process from arrival to completion and payment was done in 20 minutes. Would recommend the if you need junk removed in the Streetsboro area.
