Awesome....they were amazing. We had another company come out, but they could only handle one truck. They did an amazing job, but could not finish the job.We had a hard deadline, we called Junk Starz and explained the situation. 20 minutes later a person showed up and evaluated what was left. He said yep, we got this. Alone, this young man pulled all the items that needed to go out to the driveway. These were not small pieces. The furniture items weighed more than he did Im sure.He was amazing. I wish I had his name. He grabbed every single item we wanted pulled and had them staged for removal. The truck showed up about an hour later and 15 minutes later they were gone.Highly recommend this company.

We rented a 20 yard dumpster from Junk Starz. Junk Starz was really responsive. They made it out to the property within the hour to assess the size of the dumpster needed to contain furniture and material after a house fire. They located the dumpster in a perfect spot near a window so that we can get the trash to the dumpster faster . I spoke to the owner Thurston who is very polite & gave me a time, next day (and it rained the next day) said the crew would show up. They called me before going as promised & I thought due to rain perhaps they wouldnt show up, they did & on time. Did a picture presentation of before and after led by Antwan and just the professionalism blew me away & the expediency. Pricing for removal was fair & reasonable. As a Realtor we run into properties that need immediate removal of home & business contents. I was impressed, used other companies here & there but this one as below me stated ROCKS! Three stars. We called on Saturday to get some old mattresses, and beds picked up, and they were able to fit us in by Wednesday with the holiday weekend. They gave us the pricing on quarter and half truck after I described what we had. They said they come and no obligation will give a quote and if we want it gone, they will take it. They neglected to tell us that mattresses cost extra and they only take cash or credit card with a fee. We were surprised that this information was not given while I scheduled the appointment.In the end, we probably paid too much, but our junk was picked up on time, and is no longer my problem, so it was a successful service interaction. They asked that we write a review so this is my review.
