I was a walk-in for a haircut, and was promptly met and seated. I asked Robert for a ‘new style’, and he proceeded to give me one of the best haircuts I’ve had in a long time. This place is great! They cut, wash, hot towel and massage you during the time you’re in there. I’ll be back!

My first time at sport clips & it was one of the best haircut experiences Ive ever had. Had my haircut by Chelsie & she did an excellent job for what I asked for! Ill be returning.

I took my 4 year old son here after giving him “at-home” hair cuts, and let me say... I am going to go back to just doing it myself. They hacked his hair up. They styled his hair after the cut, so I didn’t notice the chunks taken out of the top when I left. I am not a trained professional, but I do a MUCH better job at home. I will fix his hair myself and never return.

You need to list your hours on this site and have your answering machine indicate hours...nobody has time for guessing games!!!

My boyfriend got the worst hair cut by Lori. Razor burns on his neck and some hairs that were not even cut. The lady did not follow what he asked for. Very frustrated with their work.

LORI is AWESOME! My haircut is the best ever! The mvp was great too. I even bought the Maverick hair product she recommended. She even showed me how to use it properly.She is the most professional stylist! I will be back to see her and send all of my friends to her!

Got my haircut into a mohawk on November 13. Notice when I get home its not straight, but have to go to work, so I think Ill get it fixed tomorrow. Drive 30 mins to get it fixed and now there somehow closed the next day.....never spending a dime here again.

The girl who cut my hair and cut my nephews hair was great. Very patient and helpful with him (hes 3) and nice and talkative with me. Both if us ended up with great haircuts.

Amanda G. did an amazing job. Havent had a haircut this good since I was stationed at Fort Hood Texas. I will be back again. Being able to select who you want to cut your hair during online check-in is a huge bonus. I am 30 min away being able to see if Amanda is working before check in and make the drive is awesome.

Great service. The staff makes sure you get exactly what you want and if you dont know they come up with ideas to try and help you make a decision on the style you want. When its slow other employees will come up and interact with you. Super friendly.

I have never been to this location, and Amanda helped me put together what was normally done to my hair. She introduced me to some new products that I have not seen or used before and will be purchasing them in the future. We had a great conversation and I can’t wait to come back for my next cut! I usually go to Ean when I’m getting my haircut, but I needed to get one today and didn’t see him on the list. So I just went with the first available stylist and received, what I would consider, the worst haircut I’ve gotten in my life. I had a good 5 inches + of hair on top and asked her to keep it long on top with a 1-3 fade on sides. For starters my sides are not faded and just 1 all the way through. I now have less than half an inch of hair on top. My hair overall looks terrible and I’m extremely dissatisfied and will only go to Ean again for my haircuts. I would honestly rate this zero stars if I could at this point. I finally grew my hair out to a point where I liked it and now it’s all gone...

From the time you check in until you walk out, the atmosphere they have created is warm and friendly. The waits are usually short. They offer checking in online as well as fast professional services and a price that won’t kill the family of three boys wallet. So if you looking to get a professional cut in a energetic energy this is it!!!! BTW the female staff are for sure very easy on the eyes!!!!

Always a great experience when I go. I usually use the same stylist but she was out on maternity leave so alyce took care of me and I couldnt have been happier. She took the time with me and made sure I was happy with my cut. Id recommend Alyce if youre looking for a stylist that borders on perfection

Just ssopped in for the first time. Jen greeted me and handed me the first time special offer packet, which explains you get a free hot towel and shoulder massage treatment. During this reopening after Corona, this establishment refused to cut a beard. Totally a sense of discrimination between cutting a persons hair and hair on the face. Niles Ohio, youll never get my business again.

No complaints about hair cut, just the same as anywhere else. I heard the hot towel treatment was good but decided to not get it, I want to get in and out for my haircut. Generally a wait here but night I went was near closing so no wait. I personally do not see where the extra money goes compared to some other chains. They do have sports playing on all TVs which is nice but I dont particularly find necessary. Overall likely will not go again unless I have an amazing coupon, I just dont feel its worth it, but decent cut.

First time customer. Natalie did a great job. Very happy with my haircut.

We have been here 2 times and both times was horrible. The first time I was here the girl rushed through the MVP service and was very rude because she was too worried about getting her boyfriend in the chair for a free haircut. I thought I would give them one more chance and choose a different stylist. This time was even worse, the were quick, rude and had no idea how to line up the beard. We were forced to tip $5 when it wasnt even worth the charge of the trim. Even with a $5 off coupon we were charged $29 and when we left my fiancees beard was so crooked we had to go straight to another barber shop to have it straightened out. This haircut ended up costing us $50 and the attitude of the stylists the didnt make me feel any better about the cost either. We will never be back and if I could boycott this place to warn off other unsuspecting men i would.

Was terribly disappointed with not only how I was treated because I had a coupon for a free hair cut, but the hair cut was awful. Very choppy. The holidays are coming and my hair looks terrible. Their is such a large chunk out of the back, if I get it cut right it will be too short. I am telling all my family and friends not to go there.

Amanda is terrible I asked for a comb over and fade on the sides, and she gave me a buzz cut. But the thing is she said 2 on the sides and 4 on the top and the whole cut is 1 length. Never going there again!
