Excellent service! Syed was really helpful and friendly. The paperwork was very easy and it is a place you can rely on. They have shuttle service in certain areas and it’s clear they put customer first. I’m very happy with my decision.

This the worst dealership in America. Do not deal With Dan or the used car sales manager. They are very unprofessional! They run your credit several times without your permission. They promise deals to you and when you’re on your way they change up the deal. They blame it on the banks. They love to transfer you and send you to voicemail. This is the worst service I’ve ever had in my life. DONT NOT GO THERE.

After making an appointment with Chris Walker, Service Dept., Golling Toyota, we left our 2010 Prius for diagnostic evaluation. We were called very soon afterward (rear brake problems), had our situation explained to us as well as proposed repairs and costs. Chris explained there might be a chance of work completion that day, but probably the following day. Next day we got a phone call after 1pm telling our repaired car was ready for pick up and how late we could come to get it. We were able to utilize a % off coupon, too! Thank you, Chris. It’s always reassuring to deal with you as your honesty and efficiency seals our satisfaction every time.

Alright folks, the proof’s in the pudding. Went here with my mother for her to choose a new vehicle and happened upon the kindest, most informative and honest car salesmen in just about the whole world. Sure, I haven’t been to every dealership in the whole world, I’ll give you that, but such an experience is certainly few and far between. Much effort was taken to make sure she made the right decision and, indeed, effort well spent.

Customer beware. I brought my truck in to get an appraisal, after the guy was done driving my truck around, I HAD TO HAVE MY TRUCK TOWED HOME !!!!! the bad thing isnt that my brake line sprung a leak, its that they didnt even tell me. my salesman told me they found some kind of problem with my brakes. I was assuming ok maybe I needed brakes. THEY NEVER TOLD ME IT WAS LEAKING BRAKE FLUID. I declined their silly offer of $7100. he gave me my keys back, I walked out and started my truck, the brake pedal went to the floor and there was brake fluid all over the ground. I HAD NO BRAKES. they were gonna let me drive off with no brakes. the parts ended up costing me $25 and my friend helped me fix it. 1st 2 pics are where they parked it and you and see all the fluid under my truck. others are where I parked it when I pulled into their dealership. it had just rained, but you can see NO brake fluid all over the ground. lol I even had to call the police .WATCH THEM WITH YOUR CAR. THEY WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBLITY AT ALL.

The service we receive at Golling is always excellent. Chris does an amazing job of listening to our concerns, presenting our needed maintenance, answering questions and is patient when coupons are presented. It is highly evident that our satisfaction is his key focus. Our only dissatisfaction is the pricing that Golling puts on service items. It is even higher than the scale presented on KBB for fair repairs and service. Chris and the Golling service team have earned our trust, however, which is why we keep returning.

Ive been taking my Tacoma to Golling in Warren for almost a year now. Chris and everyone in the service department are always so friendly and professional. Came in for an oil change about 10k miles ago and had two new tires put on and asked for an alignment. After service was complete I noticed the tire rotation wasnt on the bill as I assumed that was part of getting new tires and the plastic shielding under the car was hanging pretty low. Had them inspect it and was told that was normal wear and tear. Drove off and just as I got on the freeway noticed the car was veering harder to the left and the steering wheel was off-center. Later, made an appointment to have the alignment re-fixed, tires rotated for free, and have the shielding fixed. Came in, car was serviced, I asked to see the shielding and to discuss what happened. I was able to identify several fasteners that hold up the shielding and a very noticeable warping sagging downward as if the plastic was forced or pulled. Due this odd deformation I was given the choice to replace the whole shielding or have it cut off at the crease, created by the manufacturer specifically for folding back to expose the oil filter. We cut it off. Drove off, tires rotated and alignment was perfect.Today, I went to get my oil changed at a Midas. They were unable to remove the oil filter after applying close to 150lbs of torque. Was told the filter was plastic and they were afraid to break it. I will be going to another Toyota dealership to have my oil and filter changed.

Just like to say that anytime you take your car to a dealership, you always have concerns about whats exactly wrong with the vehicle and how much is it going to cost, well at Golling Toyota you have a service guy named Chris Walker, first of all he always puts me at ease and even when I found out that I got to pay a little more because of a problem comes up that I didnt know the car had, Chris will always work with you and try his best to to save you money if possible.
