So, I transferred to this office after my old office closed. These folks would only communicate via email, and even then did not understand the questions I had for them. They refused to help me with the info so I could get my bank to pay theirs, directly. And, after I finally got corporate to give me the proper information, Steve Long and his secretary, Diane, finally called me but refused to believe that would work and insisted it would not work despite the fact that I had already sent a payment proving it does work. Then he actually cursed at me and whined about sending emails, when I didnt want to do any emails and had asked for a phone call so we could make sure we did not have to do this sort of back and forth via email and we could hash it all out in 5 minutes. I get the feeling that the local agent wants the checks sent directly to them so they can float that money for a bit and collect the interest. Something very shady going on there.AVOID this agency at all costs! I do have the emails if anybody has any questions.

Been with steve long for home and auto for years, friendly and helpful staff everytime.

They claim to be an insurance company but yet wont insure fleet vehicles for a company not impressed

After being a customer for over 3 years they have no raised my rates to double any other company and refuse to discuss lowering in my rate. They obviously dont care about their customers or keeping them long term.
