The guy that answered the phone was very rude to me, hung up on me because I was assisting a gentleman to cancel his insurance.. This is the nature of the business; you should still conduct with respect. I am blown away .. hung up on me TWICE!! unacceptable office etiquette. No one in my agency or any agencies I have been affiliated with would EVER act that way.

I can’t get a hold of anyone. No one wants to call back or even answer their phones when the office is open. I got my truck insured about a month ago and I have not received my insurance cards for my truck. Nor do I know how much my insurance is a month yet because no one will answer any phone calls. Poorly run business!

Do business with them if you want them to report you to a credit agent for changing insurance after 5 years or cuasing a accident because the dont want to pay to fix your care correctlyyor wifes car do yourself a favor and keep looking
