Not only is this company easy to work with during good times but we had a chimney fire and they made every good without a hassle and we all know that insurance companies r 4 profit and dont want to pay put bit all was good and our agents were tremendously helpful

Paige & Byrnes has been good for us. My son has been in 2 wrecks and the last one they had a lawyer for him. They are the best in this area. No one has as much as expense as they do.

I would not have posted this, but I continue to get emails asking for this review so here it is. As stated in my answers to the survey I received by email, the insurance coverage we receive from Ohio Mutual has been good. I have only had one claim and Ohio Mutual handled it well. The agency that brokers the insurance coverage (that asks for the review and sent the survey) obviously ignored my answers and has made a number of mistakes with our names, our address, and in the case of the one claim said I did not have coverage for the UNinsured motorist that ran into my car and was at fault for the accident. I only received coverage because I contacted Ohio Mutual and pursued coverage on my own. 3 stars is for the coverage from Ohio Mutual. Only 3 stars is because I had to find the coverage myself and was not assisted by the broker.

We are very pleased with this insurance. I had a claim and they responded quickly and very cordial. Their premiums or not high but still cover what I had previously. It is a pleasure working with any of the associates at this office and they reply right away if any problem occurs. I recommend this insurance highly for auto and home owners insurance.
