Adrian Hunter and Val Hawkins have been extremely helpful in assisting me with my insurance questions and my policy. They are truly great to work with and Im thankful for them representing me.

My experience with this agency from the start was a disaster. They failed to disclose all the information I needed in order to be covered by them, about a month after signing a policy with them I get a letter saying I didn’t provide adequate information to be covered and my coverage was no longer unless I paid 1,000+ to continue the coverage. Then I call to report I received this letter and they fail to take action to make sure I get my money back or even a simple sorry for making a mistake. Now hundreds of dollars later it’s all fixed and they did nothing to compensate. Terrible company.

Adrian is the best State Farm agent! His staff is always friendly and they care about you! I am on social security I get paid every 3rd the bill is due every 28th. They have helped me with payments and Val has also helped me get my car insurance to a lower rate! I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Adrian as a State Farm agent!

I worked with Nimaj Driscoll from Adrian Hunter State Farm.I needed the condo insurance quickly and after the first inquiry Nimaj responded immediately with exactly what I needed. In two days I was lined up to insure my first home.For the auto insurance I had more time to figure out what I needed and I even tried to get quotes from other agencies again. Didnt matter. I received a great deal on auto insurance from State Farm despite my age group and am very happy with my insurance plan. Every question I had was answered promptly and while working with Nimaj I learned a lot about what exactly I am paying for.Overall, I had a great experience with Adrian Hunter State Farm. The agency itself is not so bad; the agents here are very receptive and respectful, but State Farm in itself is a very problematic company in that itll sometimes screw up its own process in making policy changes and shift the burden of those screw-ups over to its customers.
