Having sold insurance myself, in the past, I was surprised by the last interaction that I had with your office. I was contacted during MY work hours by YOUR office; I was informed that this call was to solicit additional business from me. I said it was NOT a good time (as, I was in the driveway of a taxpaying citizen, in the city where I am employed as a tax assessor; my salary is paid by TAXPAYER dollars; therefore, I work diligently during my work hours, because as a public servant I can not be negligent fiscally). I asked whether I might be contacted AFTER my work hours - around 6p.m. Much to my dismay, I was informed by the caller that he only works until 4:30 (which means that MY TIME is not as valuable as YOUR TIME).The caller went on to try and sell me his wares - even after, I politely said it was not a good time.When I sold insurance at Nationwide, I contacted my established and potential new clients when IT WAS CONVENIENT FOR THEM!Blows my mind, that you want MY money, but arent willing to make the slightest concession to get it.Yes, I told everyone I know about the gall of the Allstate representative whom last contacted me. I will not recommend Allstate.

Rates almost doubled after a small water leak claim. Upon inquiring about the change, and asking for validation, the rationale they gave was completely made up. The inflated rates had no correlation to any actual metric. Increased lumber prices, that was not reflected in the home replacement value, and some made up discount I was receiving that was never listed anywhere that was no longer offered was part of the excuses. #MadeUpMath #YouCanDoBetter

Switched from Metlife after an increase in my homeowners and they were the most reasonable for a year or two. The premium increased to nearly double and after shopping around once more, I found a rate at Envision that was back at the original amount. Not bad, but I did find better.

Have been a loyal customer with Wagner agency for last some years. Recently moved from them to another insurance company due to out-of-the line prices quoted. They got mad and reported to credit collection for the last remaining balance just after one month of changing. Totally unacceptable and unnecessary! As an agent they could have simply followed up with me and reminded me for the payment. Never going back to them. If you want to avoid bad surprises like me, stay away!

The office staff are professional and efficient. They are always polite and courteous when I call in. They also call every time my policy is up & review with me. I highly recommend this office for its attention to detail and customer service.

I have a friend who stopped insurance, showed them proof I had insurance but they continue to take money from their account. They hang up on her and tell her too bad. My parents also cancelled their policy. Consumer beware! Very bad customer service and Karma.
