Don was great, responded to our call quickly and spent 2 days getting our Oven, Washer, and Dryer all back in order, when all 3 went out of service on us in a short time. Price was more than reasonable and we are very happy to have everything working great again!

Called Don for a dryer problem. He figured out the problem over the phone, super fast service. Excellent customer service. I will highly recommend to all my friends and family!

I called Don for a dishwasher repair as it was displaying two error codes. He came out and fixed the first code, but was unable to reproduce the effects of the second code. A week later the dishwasher was still having issues from the second code. I called Don and he was not only willing to refund half of the cost (very reasonable) but he came out and did another repair for me involving a different appliance.I am most impressed with his integrity. I trust him and appreciate the way he does business. Very professional, on time, and cleans up after his work is done. Will use him again.
